The home is fully equipped with appliances and basic necessities, including toaster oven, air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, Ninja blender, bar with cocktail and champagne glasses - we also provide extras not common to rentals such as extra paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning sprays, and much more. Stunning villa in the perfect location

Our family of 8 from the UK including five grown up children stayed at this stunning villa for 2 weeks at the start of December. Having visited Florida a number of times over the last 10 years i can safely say this was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in - the property with it’s high ceilings as you walk in is jaw dropping to say the least and the pool table took centre stage every night after busy day’s around the parks. Everything you want and more is catered for and Teresa and Kevin are very responsive to any questions you might have both up to and during your stay. The home is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood and has plenty of privacy due to it’s particular location with no real neighbours overlooking you which is something that we always look for when choosing where to stay. Overall i would say it is the perfect home if ever you are going to Florida on holiday and on our next visit we will definitely be looking here first to see if dates are free to book again.

Excellent property

We had a great stay. 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was full of amenities and very clean. You can tell the homeowners strive to provide an excellent experience for their guests!

A perfect getaway with the family

We had a large group of family stay over the Christmas holidays and we loved every minute of our stay. It was perfect and had almost everything we could think of. If they didn't have it, Walmart was just 10 minutes up the road. Everyone was happy with the beds. They were very comfy with soft sheets and fluffy comforters. We had the kids use the pool to expend all that extra sugary treat energy and they were distracted by all the indoor amenities. My son even said, "I love this house! I wasn't even bored for a minute." Not to mention that the adults were allowed to have proper conversations outside in the lanai and even get in a game or two of pool or darts. Because of that fact alone, we wouldn't hesitate to book this wonderful house again. Kevin and Teresa were extremely responsive to all of our messages and are great hosts.

Family Disney Trip

This house will NOT disappoint, big spacious rooms, enough room for kids and adults to spread out. Great location not far from Disney, love the extra amenities they provided. The only problem we had was the ceiling fan remotes control the other bedrooms lights and fan speed. Someone would be in bed asleep, if someone flipped their light on it would turn on all the other ceiling fan lights.
