The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect if you want to take day trips. Close to the center of town and in close proximity to Highlands. We had a great time and the host was quickly accessible if we needed anything. The Farmhouse was beautifully furnished, as well.
This house is so fabulous in everyway! We have already booked it again. Really love that it is pet friendly and even has a small fenced area out back. I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so well appointed...just awesome. And the location is absolutely perfect. Absolutely a 5 star rental.
This home was up to date, clean and easy access to surrounding areas. It was honestly the best "stocked" home I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had great dishes of all kinds, tons of spices and herbs..ect. Even the laundry room had several detergents to choose from and stain remover. That was amazing.
Communication with the owner was fantastic. He was very quick to reply, friendly and flexible. We were initially planning on heading home on a Sunday. We asked for a late check out, as we were planning on staying in the area until lunch. He checked the calendar and okay'ed it fairly promptly. We ended up loving our time as a family and extended it until Monday.
We brought our dog and loved that there was a fenced area for her to use the bathroom. What we were not aware of was that this property is literally right off the main road. I was initially upset about this as I have younger children and wish that had been disclosed. Once inside you actually don't hear the cars very much in the main living areas. The home is warm & comfortable. The Owner had the lights and heat on for our arrival. That was great. The Master Bedroom can't hear the cars at night, the other two bedrooms hear it pretty loud. The home was clean over all, however stink bugs everywhere. My boys caught at least 30. They did have fun catching them though.
Overall this was a great home. Very inviting and a great home away from home.
Beautiful home in great location very close to downtown Cashiers. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. If you are bringing a dog, the small fenced-in yard makes it easy for your pet's bathroom breaks. Beautiful great room and excellent, well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!
My husband and I came up for the weekend to look at real estate and golf, the house was perfect!! Clean and super comfortable. The back screened patio was lovely, we enjoyed having coffee in the morning admiring at all the beautiful trees, so relaxing. Much needed rest. Thanks!
The location was great for the purpose of this trip being close Cashiers. House was very clean and well maintained. Fully functional kitchen and layout was great for bringing our dog on this trip to visit. Highly recommend the property!
The property was the perfect location if you are trying to explore Cashiers. The house was 2 minutes from the center of Cashiers and perfect for our group as we were spending our time looking through the shops along with going to see the Designer Showhouse. We went out to eat for our meals but the kitchen would have been great to cook in. We enjoyed a late night catching up on the screened in porch along with a quiet morning on the porch again drinking coffee. Everyone agreed we would stay again when we come back!
We just returned from a great long stay at this property. We really loved it. It was a great location very nice renovated house and stocked well. As a previous reviewer mentioned, there is a property developer business downstairs which the owner runs and it is just staffed during the weekdays, which didn’t bother me at all and they are helpful if you need anything so as long as that doesn’t bother you, I would highly recommend this place. Also, one thing I mentioned that it would’ve been nice to have when I got to the property is a gas outdoor grill and the owner went out and bought one for us which was very much appreciated so you could enjoy that as well for cookouts
We were quickly in and out for a wedding weekend and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay better! The house is spacious and Ben communicated with us so well. If we are ever in Cashiers again, this will be our first choice!
Home was extremely nice, with a fantastic kitchen/dining/great room. Plenty of room for the family and dogs (fenced in side yard a great perk). Conveniently located to the Cashiers crossroads. We would stay here again.

The house was fabulous!
but the fact that there is a business in the basement was a bit odd !!!..and that was not disclosed to use...
Also, we are in the mountains and we sure missed having an outside fireplace on the porch.
