Sweet and sunny one-bedroom older farmhouse flat with fresh furnishings. *New King-sized bed for the 2024 season. A back deck and front porch for relaxing or grilling add to the charm. It's an easy half-mile walk to both downtown Camden and Laite beach. Go for a hike at one of the many preserves in the area, browse the shops and antique stores, eat at one of the great restaurants or book a ride on one of the large schooners at the harbor. Designated parking spaces and first floor easy living.

The weather was hot, but we worked around that. I do suggest the property invest in a good quality king sized bed. The queen size was a little tight and not very comfortable. And the kitchen knives need to be sharpened.

Great Location

Cozy condo blocks from the heart of Camden and the water. Very walkable area and a quick drive to surrounding towns and state park.

Camden Stay

This little Camden spot is a gem. A 13 minute walk to the center of town. It's also a 3 minute drive from Rockport. Clean, quiet and exactly how it is pictured. I very much enjoyed staying here.

Abby was raised in Camden and has been a local Realtor for 26 years. She also lives in Camden with her husband and two teenage children. She has lived in each of the three units in the building over the 23 years she has owned it. This Unit C is her favorite because it is easy to get in and out, being on one level and the front porch and back deck are great places to relax outside.
