Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper sectional, lovely accent chairs, 75” Smart TV and a fireplace (non-operational) with access to the patio through large sliding patio doors.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space for easy meal prep, along with a convenient island offering bench seating. This area is bathed with natural light.

Dining Room: The dining area features seating for eight guests.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
