This is our second summer at this condo. The location is excellent for our needs. King Sooper is within 100 yards to the front door so you don't have to worry about making one large trip to get food. We probably walked to the store 15 times during our 34 days in the condo There are 4 places to eat within two blocks and the coffee shop across the street has great food.We are bike riders and the trails are within one mile from the condo. Large garage makes keeping our bikes and SUV safe and secure. Old Town is a 5 mile bike ride and we go there 3 or 4 times a week. Great places to eat in Old Town and parking is easy when you ride a bike. This is a up scale area so its safe and makes for great walking to the parks and walking trails. The only problem is we had to come back to 102 degree weather in Texas.Tom

So glad the location works well for you, from easy grocery trips and nearby dining to bike rides into Old Town. It’s wonderful that the hiking and biking trails were great and that the garage was convenient for your bikes and SUV. We’ve enjoyed having you and would love to welcome you back for another summer!

Loved it here!

My stay here was perfect! Such a clean and beautiful place with very comfortable beds/bedding plus well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication from host Jan with any questions I had. From my own private garage to all the friendly neighbors and lovely neighborhood, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Loved every minute of my extended stay and looking forward to going back when I can.

Petfect

We have stayed at many VRBO properties in Fort Collins. This one was great for us. Clean and every kitchen appliance and utensil you could ever need without being cluttered. The bedding was so comfy and cozy. Great safe and flat neighborhood for walking. Just lovely

Loved it!!!

Place is beautiful, spacious, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with small and large appliances, large variety of spices, Kuerig coffee and regular coffee pot, plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes. Very clean, plenty of closet space, large bathrooms, top of the line washer and dryer. We were delighted we found the place and plan to return!

Two-month stay

This was a wonderful place to stay while our house was being renovated. Jan has the kitchen fully equipped with absolutely anything you could want. The location is lovely; there is a great walking trail and you are just steps from groceries, a great coffee place, mail store and more. I can't recommend it highly enough.
