This review is for the basement unit of the property. Pros: very convenient to CSU for our visit and walkable to Old Town. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Both beds were comfortable. Cons: Since this is a basement unit, we were woken up in the middle of the night by loud renters in the upstairs unit even though we had a white noise machine running. There are quiet hours posted from 10 pm to 8 am but these were not followed by the upstairs folks (not the owner's fault). A friendly suggestion would be to have people remove their shoes upon entering the unit to minimize the noise. Also there is no way to regulate the temperature of the basement unit. Luckily the temperature was comfortable outside when we visited and the unit stayed cool.

Great property and location

Cute basement rental with great amenities. 5 -10 walking distance to cafes, 5-20 minutes to plenty of attractions and activities, also cozy/comfortable enough for small family nights in. Host is very responsive and helpful

Convenient

We were in town to clean up mother's mice infested hoarding home. This was miserable work and having such a clean, close to everything place to stay was most appreciated.

Clean and great location

We enjoyed our stay in the bungalow. The location is perfect for walking to and around Old Town Fort Collins. It is right across the street from the University. The bungalow IS a basement apartment, which I was not aware of. However, everything inside was renovated and clean and exactly what we needed. The outdoor area is nice and peaceful.

Great location near CSU

The property is within walking distance to campus and is perfect for 2 to 3 people. It was clean and overall well equipped. the kitchen could use a few more basic essentials for cooking. Beds were comfortable and noise level was all right for being next to busy road. Parking in back was also very convenient and shady when hot. Stacy communicated very well and was very quick in responding to requests/questions.

Perfect Location

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. If you have students at CSU you can’t beat the location. We come with friends every year to enjoy parents weekend. Not having to drive or find parking for all the festivities is the best. The only thing I would recommend is that both bathrooms have a blow dryer and the property needs a deep cleaning windows, under the beds and behind furniture. There was a lot of dirt and spider webs. Other than that it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

This basement property had no Air Conditioning. The property manager was not helpful, and after a day delay in responding did not act as promised. I will send a full report to VRBO now that we have returned home.

Beautiful Weekend!

What a perfect spot. So close to Old Town Fort Collins. Walking distance to coffee and breakfast spot. The unit was very clean and so bright for a lower unit. It was very spacious and had a nice desk for my husbands work. The kitchen was very spacious but we mostly ate out! The back yard had a large open area with chairs and hammocks. I hope to stay here again when I visit Fort Collins.

Cozy space right across from campus!

Great spot to stay for our tour of CSU. It was surprisingly quiet, and the backyard had adirondacks, hammocks, and we used 2 of the bikes to explore, too!

Roadtrip

Nice Appartement if you are away during the day. It is in the Basement and a little dark. Very nice fireplace in the back of the house. Better dont come with a big rental car because the driveway is very small. We had an ford Expedition and it was every time a challenge to drive in. But all together we liked the place.

CSU Move In

This was the perfect location for moving my daughter in to school at CSU - literally across the street. Close to Old Town, restaurants, shops, and fun. Clean, cute, and plenty of space for us. Host was communicative and helpful. Only down-side was kitchen did not have a full-size fridge, but suspect that might have been a temporary fix. Would stay again.

Across the street from campus

We were there for campus tours so the location was great. The one bathroom was pretty small but was manageable. No thermostat control in basement and it got quite humid. Do have big fans, but bigger ones would have been nice since the temps were in the 90s during our stay. Would stay here again, but maybe upstairs 😁

Location was great but the property needed a lot of work.

Shades in the bedrooms do not fit the windows so it allowed light in at 5 am. Bathtub had no bathmat and the tub was dangerously slippery, shower liner smelled very bad. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults and we stayed 6 nights. Floors were not very clean, we kept our socks on so our feet would stay clean. Didn't use the backyard area, it was not cleaned up.
