Our names are Tessa & Zeb. Creating cozy and fun spaces is our passion! I (Tessa) am an Interior Designer and Zeb is the construction guru. Together, we own a Design + Build company in Boyne City, called Spot Lab. We love Boyne City so much that we decided it was the perfect place to produce a unique rental like Spot 73. We wanted to have a special place to accommodate our family and friends as well as guests that have an appreciation for design and a zest for life!
