This former `Santa Fe Homebuilder`s Remodel of the Year` winner features 2 beds/1 bath and has been extensively and lovingly renovated to offer high-end finishes throughout while maintaining the historic charm. The open-concept living/dining room features wood floors, a kiva fireplace, and plaster walls. The living room graciously opens to the second bedroom which can be set as a king or two twins for versatility.

LIVING AREA: Air Conditioned. The floor plan accommodates guests in many ways with two bedrooms designed with flexible sleeping arrangements in mind. The second bedroom can be set as a King or two XL twins for versatility. The common area features a smart TV and queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Apx. 975 Sq. Ft.

LUXURY BEDROOMS: have a soothing night’s sleep with custom linens, lofty duvets, feather-weight pillows, premium mattresses.

LUXURY BATHS: Luxury cotton towels, designer toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer.

KITCHEN: The chef`s kitchen offers luxury with Gaggenau appliances, including a built-in coffee maker/steamer, microwave drawer, and warming drawer. Microwave, toaster oven, blender, crockpot, plenty of cookware and utensils, pantry items, and creamer and sweeteners. Service for 6: dishware, glassware, and flatware. Please note that the kitchen does NOT offer a dishwasher. Two drying racks and supplies have been provided for guests.

ENTERTAINMENT: surround yourself with the comforts of home, Smart TV and fast Wifi. Streaming services are setup on the televisions including YouTubeTV, Netflix and Disney+.

EXTERIOR: landscaped patios allow for al fresco dining and cooking on the gas grill. Four off-street parking spaces.

LOCATION: It’s a “10”! Views of the State Capital building from the kitchen and front patio, walk-able to Canyon Road and the Plaza.

We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe and the location could not be better for enjoying downtown activities in Santa Fe. The property was beautiful with many hand-crafted cabinets and top of the line appliances. Very comfy beds as well!!!! Parking can be a little dicey but we worked it out very quickly. Great location

We loved our stay at this nice, clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. It is an easy walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road. There is road noise in the front of the house due to the busy street, but it was quiet in the bedrooms. The house was plenty cozy when it was cold outside. The property managers were responsive and provided lots of information about the house and the area. I highly recommend this property.
