This gorgeous instagrammable modern movie themed condo is the place to be in the Strathcona/Whyte district. You are not going to find a better location or nicer unit with two decked out patio spaces. The layout has the bedrooms at one end and the livingspace in the other end. Sound machines for each room ensure you get a solid night sleep even in the heart of all the bar noise and action. Underground secure parking ensures you have a safe and wonderful stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to cook but if you do not you can find many restaurants, bars and cafes within 200 metres from the condo building. You are walking distance to groceries gym, pharmacy markets, and many shops.

Please leave the garage key fob and blue door fob on the entrance table. Take a photo of it and submit on the thread when you leave.
If you have a second fob from the cafe please return it to the lockbox in the cafe if you are leaving during their open hours, otherwise please leave with the other keys. Thank you

Great Find

The condo is perfect for a weekend getaway. The noise from the nightclub next door was very loud so take ear plugs. Easy walking to some great lounges and restaurants . Well stocked and clean. Overall, a great choice.

University Drop Off

We stayed 4 nights to drop our daughter off at U of A. Great location with secure underground parking. Lovely place and a great stay. Close to everything. Many stores walking distance the rest a short drive.

Great apartment to stay

Me and my family had a wonderful experience renting this place. The owner was always in touch. The area is very nice with many cafes, restaurants and public transport. The apartment is clean and tidy, the furniture and appliances are new, everything was fine. We will definitely be back again!

Great condo in old strathcona

We enjoyed staying at this property. We had a full itinerary and found it convenient to access other parts of the city from this location. As well the many services and shops nearby made it unnecessary to drive the car all the time. The condo is very clean and modern with many great features. I highly recommend it to other travelers!

Great

It was very clean and had everything you would need. It was just my son and I that stayed for an extended stay with plenty of room. The area can be quiet noisy some nights and weekends but that don’t bother us. We were there during a heat wave so it was quite warm but the portable air in the bedroom was great ,with some extra fans it was comfortable enough. I would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy Apartment

Cozy apartment with everything you need! Generally, was quite clean. Location is a bit noisy in the evenings as stated on the listing and this would be the only reason we would not stay again, solely because of our child. If you are looking to be close to Whyte ave and enjoy the night life this apartment is perfect for that!

Great Old Strathcona property

Lovely, very well appointed condo. Old Strathcona, especially 82nd Avenue is a noisy location, but if that’s the area you want to be in (and we did), it’s in a perfect location. Check-out requires a little planning because you need a key fob to get into the parking garage….the same key fob that you need to leave locked in the condo when you depart. Very responsive owner, which is much appreciated!

Family wedding

Apartment is beautiful- good location/accessible.check in process our only real problem- lack of communication, no in person meet and greet, only had one fob as second one hanging in a lock box in the street had been removed- difficult as we were trying to do different organisation for wedding day and struggled to coordinate the only one keyfobb issue. However, this was the only issue and would definitely stay again

Comfortable Condo in a Great Location

Clean, modern condo in a great location. Better communication needed for check-in & parking. Could not get into the condo when we arrived and was confronted by neighbours for parking in the wrong spot. Noisy neighborhood well into the morning hours but we knew that ahead of time and were ok with it as we wanted this location. Hard to keep condo cool, no a/c and portable fans didnt quite cut it but in fairness the week we were there was unexpectedly hot. Overall would consider staying there again just because of location.
