Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms, two separate living areas, a well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials, two full bathrooms, a dining area, and dedicated work area.

Step into the fenced in backyard and enjoy the outside dining area, charcoal grill, and fire pit with firewood provided. In the garage you can challenge friends or family members to games of pool, ping pong, foosball, or darts.

All the while you will feel at ease in the safe neighborhood, with included security system and gated backyard.

Great Place in Memphis.

A great house in Memphis. Exactly as advertised. Very clean and good communication with host. Only downside was some barking dogs next door, but the backyard, fire pit and ping pong table made up for it. Would stay here again!!

Christmas stay in Memphis

We were very pleased with our Memphis VRBO rental. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is excellent and we had everything we needed in the home. We used the pool table and ping pong table and we had space for the dogs to run around. The yard is fenced in and we are happy to come back here every year to be with family!

Gem of a House

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. It is spacious and well decorated. The game garage and backyard were definitively the best part. My son was obsessed with the ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and a great location to all that Memphis has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again.

Austin was a great host - communicative and friendly. The house is lovely. Plenty of space for two 3-person families. Equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Very clean and well organized. We loved the rec room/garage area. Close to lots of different things to do. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Plenty of room in a great location

The 2 King bedrooms at opposite ends of the house make this ideal for 2 couples. And the third bedroom with 2 twins provide even more options. Full kitchen with dining area and two full-size living rooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. It’s a great neighborhood with a pub, pizzeria, and grocery within walking distance. We didn’t have time for the fire pit or the game room, but enjoyed the lighted back deck. Very nice place to stay in a great location for getting around town.

Home is centrally located to all the Memphis activities I had in my list. Older home that has been updated. Nice furnishings. Beds were comfortable. One bathroom (likely considered the master bath), is a bit small and difficult to navigate with 2 people. All appliances worked, plenty of supplies provided, and teens loved the game area. My only upset was not having a TV in the bedroom.

This property was exactly as described. In a nice and safe area of town. It was spacious and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked as well as the bathrooms. Each had shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with plenty of TP. The amenities in the garage were well kept and an added bonus to this property. We liked that parking was behind a gate and plenty of driveway to fit 3 large SUV's comfortably. The patio table stayed well shaded and allowed for coffee outside without the blazing sun upon us. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Autumn Home

Home was as described. Bedrooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The yard and the garage had all the features any adult would love to have, a patio, a firepit, a foosball table and pool table. The dogs were able to have a space to run in the yard. It was completely fenced in. The property owner was in communication with me and was very responsive! Overall a 5 star experience!!

Midpoint Relief

My family is moving from Kansas City to Georgia. This home was absolutely perfect in every way for our stop at the midpoint. We had a trailer with our stuff packed so parking beyond the gate was a relief and gave added peace of mind. The game room and dog friendly backyard were a great addition and helped our kiddos and pups stretch their legs. My mother is in a wheelchair. The open spaces and wide doorways were easy to navigate and the minimal entry stairs in the back entrance made things less difficult than we thought. The hosts were communicative and kind. The home looks exactly like it’s photographs and is both entertaining and comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we’re in town!!

Fall Break in Memphis 2022

Loved this home/property. Cozy, family friendly, charming, and spacious. Kitchen was great- all appliances are updated and user friendly. Family room was perfect for the 3 of us to watch a show, or play a game. Garage fun area- pool table and ping pong and darts made for some great mom and son fun! Loved the cozy fire pit, and the patio with the lights was great for grilling and sharing family fun. Totally recommend! Austin was a perfect host!

Perfect for us!

This was perfect for us! Roomy, clean, fun things to do on property and off. We hung out together all evening playing pool, darts, ping pong and sitting around the firepit. The yard is fabulous. The big sectionals were perfect for lounging while we discussed our Memphis plans. Location is an easy drive to Beale Street- BB Kings early & get hand stamped to come back later. Enjoyed the Bass Pro Pyramid. And Gus' Chicken- the fried pies are fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely use the VRBO Host in the future.

Memphis Comfort

Our host was amazing. Great family and friend home. Lots of room to move around and cozy at the same time. Plenty of linens and everything you need to cook. Beds are comfortable and our son loved that there was two seating areas with TVs for late night movies. Home is located in a safe and clean area and is easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again.
