Welcome to our HOME.

This is where we live most of the year (when we're not traveling). You will notice all the details that you'll never get from a place that is rented full-time.

You'll have access to 4 bedrooms, our heated pool and jacuzzi, garage turned game room, 4 parking spaces, BBQ, a great kitchen, access to the club house with slide, lazy river, gym, and more.

Parking won't be an issue with a large driveway that fits 4 cars (there is a strict enforcement of no street parking).

Fun Family Vacation

This is a great property in Solterra and our family with teens and young adults really enjoyed our week here. It offers so many amenities, a stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and patio area to relax and BBQ, and the game garage was an added bonus! The owner was very thorough, responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Great spacious home with plenty of fun and relaxing things to do.

Great 1st time experience for us. Will the owner is so kind and gets back to me very fast anytime I had a question or concern. Beautiful home that made us feel welcome. Not the owners fault but the security gate a congestion of getting in and out. I think with time that will get much easier.

It was great having you and your family enjoy our home. You are welcome back any time. And yes, security gate has some bad times (especially weekends evenings). The HOA is working on figuring out better ways to handle access.
