Newer mattresses for a great night sleep. New flooring on main floor & full size laundry. Led TVs in all rooms, wifi. 3 bathrooms. 5 mins walk with kids to all amenities. Gated Community. Walking distance to grocery store (Publix) and restaurants. Close to 192 and I4 Orlando/Tampa. Great memories await you! **Resort fee at Check-in is $22.40 per day/per house (see fees)**

Why they chose this property
Great location within the resort, not to close to all the action and noise and not too far from all amenities. No rear neighbours. Short 5 min walk with children to club house. Well kept and maintained.
