Love my mini getaway!

Great place to stay! Super cozy and great for families! The house all all the amenities that we needed. My kids did not want to leave. Jose was easy to communicate with and responded to my questions promptly. I would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable

We had a wonderful time! Very clean and everything you need for a long stay. We were not disappointed. Parking is a little tricky but we made it work. We had 2 trucks and 2 cars. The property manager is great and check in check out is easy. I don’t think you will be disappointed. One of the bedrooms is outside and downstairs in case that is a problem for you.

Nice property but listing needs to be more forthcoming.

I’ve never given less than five stars on vrbo but feel I need to be honest on both positives and negatives. Positives were location, house size, nicely updated, washer/dryer, hot tub, coffee bar and kitchen. However, we felt there were some negatives. The listing was misleading on a few things. The fourth bedroom is only accessible from the outside, down some stairs off the back porch. Would not put children here, for sure. It does NOT have a bathroom so going to the restroom from this bedroom is inconvenient. We couldn’t lock the back sliding door at night because those in this downstairs bedroom wouldn’t have access to a bathroom. Also, the game room is set up in the garage and has no heat or air. We were not aware of either of these things from reading the listing. Our visit was in January so this did affect our experience as the weather was cold.

Cleanliness Concerns

House notes * In the main bathroom, someone had vomited on the wall and on the toilet paper roll in the corner by the toilet and it wasn’t completely cleaned up. * The dish soap bucket had water in it and the dish soap was ruined * There was no lemon shine to use in the dishwasher per the hosts request * The grill was a mess and the propane tank was left in the open position and the tank was empty * The dishes had food caked on them and the plates were greasy * The laundry was clean but piled on a chair in the living room * The electrical panel in the guest bedroom is missing a hinge * The cabinet door over the sink has a loose screw on the lower hinge * The electrical outlets in the master bathroom were inoperable * There were no trash can liners in the kitchen trash can. In general, the house was not ready for guests when we arrived and the host had completely forgot we were coming even though we had arranged the reservations months in advance

This house is set up for families and/or couples! The host has provided great amenities such as the hot tub and games for kids! It was so much fun to stay here! We would love to stay again!

Nothing short of amazing

This property is one of the best I’ve stayed at in Ruidoso. I travel at least three times a year here and this property was amazing for my family. There was an endless amount of activities, the jacuzzi and the fourth room were a pleasant surprise and the house was very clean. I hope to stay here again!

Great place to stay in Ruidoso

Stayed here on a recent trip to Ruidoso. The house was great, very clean and well kept. There's plenty of room for up to 8 people to stay comfortably. The location is convenient to the race track, dining and shopping. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions i had. I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Ruidoso to definantly consider this house.

We love Ruidoso and we were blessed to own a piece of property that we can enjoy and share. Winters are breath taking beautiful and we love to take advantage of what Ruidoso has offered. We have other families that own homes in Ruidoso, which makes family reunions fun and being part as a Ruidoso resident.

We enjoy the quietness of tranquility on snowy days and the wood burning fireplace in our home. We love to entertain friends and family in our home in the holidays. The summers are also very pleasant and fresh with lots of local entertainment that we love to participate.
