One of the home`s most unique advantages is private backyard access to 79-acre Posse Grounds Park. Step directly onto the fitness trail and enjoy nearby pickleball, tennis, playgrounds, mountain biking, sports facilities and recreation. The Sedona Shuttle at Posse Grounds also provides convenient access to select popular trailheads.

Inside, soaring ceilings and an open-concept great room create a beautiful gathering space with comfortable leather seating, fireplace, 65` Smart TV and Sonos sound. The fully stocked kitchen features generous prep and dining space for memorable meals together.

We`re delighted to host you and want your Sedona stay to be relaxing, memorable, and exceptional. We kindly ask that you respect the following house rules so Red Rock Leisure can remain a beautiful retreat for every guest.

Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests included on the reservation may occupy the property. Please contact us in advance regarding any additional visitors.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.

No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or garage.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our residential neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, particularly when enjoying the outdoor areas.

Care of the Home
Please use the provided coasters and placemats to protect furnishings and tabletops. Makeup cloths are provided in the bathrooms for your convenience.

Children & Rooftop Safety
Children must be closely supervised throughout the property, particularly on the stairs, rooftop deck, and around the hot tub. There are no child-safety gates at the top or bottom of the rooftop stairs.

Hot Tub
Please follow the provided hot tub guidelines and supervise children at all times. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

Security & Noise Monitoring
Exterior security cameras and a noise-monitoring device are used for property security and compliance with local regulations. There are No cameras inside the home.

Before Checkout
We appreciate your help with these few simple items:
• Remove personal food from the refrigerator and freezer.
• Place used towels in the bedroom hampers. Please do not strip the beds.
• Place trash in the designated outdoor bins.
• Return household items, games, and recreational equipment to their original locations.
• Log out of your personal streaming accounts.
