Winnipesaukee waterfront in Meredith with fabulous newer addition! This super family retreat is located at the mouth of a sheltered cove with immediate access to the open lake! Fabulous sunsets. Wireless internet. 4 bedrooms plus a bunk bed in the lower level (separated from the family room by a room divider). Deck and patio area, nicely landscaped yard, 2 docks for up to two 21' boats. Make this charming home your vacation spot!! A small dog may be allowed with owner's approval and $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at time of booking. Max: 3 cars. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $105 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very spacious and a great location on the lake, only a quick boat drive to Meredith town docks. Sits in a VERY quiet cove. Sadly the house does not have AC and does not allow you to bring in your own so when it hit 90+ for four days it was unbearable at times. Also not a kid friendly location as there is no yard to play in and it sits right on the water with no beach area for young kids to play in. Otherwise a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great spot. We had a wonderful time with our family, loved how the bedrooms were upstairs so people could sleep if they wanted and have others still up having fun. Noticed the house had ac vents but there was no ac, in the hotter months could be very uncomfortable sleeping so hot. The house had all the appliances and utilities one could need. The dock needs some serious attention, had rotted wood and boards about to break. We brought our own gas grill , the house came with charcoal grill. Overall a wonderful vacation and would go back again.

No one cooks on charcoal anymore. Thanks for the stay and we hope to rent it again.
