Billfish Bungalow - 4 mi to downtown & 6 mi beach

Summary:

Escape to luscious James Island and have the best of both worlds! This lovely bungalow is 4 miles to downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach! Enjoy the restaurants with COVID safe protocols and eat your way through the south. Visit Bowens Island for famous views, kayaking, and a historic seafood restaurant or rendezvous downtown and enjoy world-class dining and historic sites! Give your body and mind the R and R it deserves.



The Space:

The house is perfect for families or groups of 6. We sleep 6 comfortably in beds. The house can accommodate 8 with 2 people on an air mattress



The back yard is large and fenced in for your furry four-legged friends.



Please NOTE: There is an additional Pet fee. We will send the pet fee request separately after you book. :)



The yard is also big enough for BOAT parking.



There is a Pack n Play available in the Master bedroom closet.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire house. Including the parking in the driveway and the entire backyard.



Getting Around:

We are centrally located in the heart of James Island. Close to the connector that takes you downtown. You are just 10 minutes to Folly Beach. Drive or Uber everywhere.

***Health and safety is our number one concern for our guests and staff. We are proud to commit to bringing a safe and clean environment for each of our Guests. In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic we have increased our cleaning protocols in accordance with the Center for Disease Control and adopted a new enhanced cleaning system to stop the spread of any germs in between guests. If you have any questions about our new protocols please just ask. We will be happy to provide you with our checklists and guidelines. We want to reassure our guests they will be entering a clean and safe environment on their vacation.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. I had a run-in with a pit bull across the street, one house up, while on a walk, but the neighbor quickly took care of the situation before the dog reached me in the road. That problem is out of the homeowner's control. Just might want to be mindful of an aggressive dog in the area when staying here. Its a clean, well kept home in a very convenient location. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in Charleston! The Billfish Bungalow was perfect for our family, including our fur baby. The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfy and each had a fan, which was nice. The living space was the perfect size, and backyard was super cute and nicely fenced in. The kitchen is still missing a teapot ;) but everything else one needed to cook meals was there! Would definitely stay again!

Great location to beach, and downtown Charleston

It’s perfect when traveling with a pet with the big fenced backyard. It’s located conveniently between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston so we didn’t need to drive far to explore the general area. We would definitely stay there again.

Terrific house!
