'House Stress Free'. Spend your most beautiful days of the year in our lovingly furnished holiday home "Haus Stressfrei".
Here you will find everything your heart desires.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity costs (0.35 € per kWh), gas (0.98 € per m³) and water (6.50 € per m³) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and food can be ordered for a fee.
100, - € rental deposit are to be paid in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.

The house has 2 bedrooms. One with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), blackout curtains and TV, the second with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), also with blackout curtains and a TV.

Enjoy the luxury of our spa bath and relax in our sauna and whirlpool.

The modern, open kitchen is equipped with everything needed for the preparation of delicious dishes.

In the living area you can enjoy cozy hours with a glass of red wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fire of the fireplace. This is pure holiday!

Of course, a free internet connection is included.

just outside the door is a small lake and the Vechtesee is also only about 300 meters away. Long bike rides, paddling on the Vecht and the canals or, for sunbathers, swimming in the Vechtesee, are just a few of the many recreational opportunities that Nordhorn offers.

Der Kamin hat nicht Funktioniert, das Brennholz hat wegen Sauerstoffmangel, obwohl die Klappe auf war, nicht gebrannt. Das Wasser in der Wirlwanne nicht heiß nur warm.Insgesamt muss man sagen das die Dinge die Spaß machen sollten nicht funktioniert haben.Schade eigentlich für so viel Geld.

Sehr schönes, helles Haus mit allem was man braucht.Der Fahrradverleih (an der Rezeption) war super, die Räder top und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen (Kaufland) und spazieren kann man in der Region mehr als ausreichend. Die Sauna war uns mit 90Grad zu heiß, aber man kann die Temperatur selbst regeln, somit steht dem Saunaerlebnis nichts im Weg.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Ferienhaus Stressfrei

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus „Stressfrei“ sehr genossen! Das Haus war wirklich gemütlich und sauber, und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die Kopfkissen, die man eher als flach bezeichnen könnte, aber die Betten waren dafür sehr bequem und haben für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt.Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach perfekt! Es gibt viele schöne Spaziermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, und das Städtchen ist wirklich schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nur 500 Meter entfernt, was sehr praktisch war.Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Modern, gemütlich, sauber

Die Häuser liegen relativ dicht beieinander- wir urlaubten in der Nebensaison in einem freistehenden Bungalow, deswegen war es für uns kein Problem. Die Schlüssel-Übergabe klappte reibungslos. Uns gefiel die moderne Einrichtung mit einem schönen Ledersessel und einem gemütlichen Kamin. Die Ausstattung wirkte neu - es war sauber! Lediglich im Schrank entdeckten wir verpackte Chips und Süßigkeiten. Vielleicht von dem Vormieter? Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren mittelmässig, die Matratzen etwas dünn- für ein paar Tage ok. Fahrräder und Autos können direkt am Haus abgestellt werden. Die Lage finden wir gut- dank der ausgebauten Radwege konnten wir die umliegenden Städte, auch in den NL, erkunden. Alles in allem haben wir den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und werden gern wiederkommen!

Es war wieder mal eine tolle Zeit für uns.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Couch und die zwei Sesseln sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal erneuert werden.

Ferienhaus für 4 Personen genügend Platz+ gut

Kleine Anmerkung: Fahrräder können über den VVV Nordhorn gebucht werden und nicht wie in der Mitgesandten Bestellliste vermerkt. Haus im guten Zustand, kleinere Reparaturen könnten evtl. ausgeführt werden wie z. B. Plissee nicht ganz schließbar oder Verschlussstopfen von der Spüle. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Kleinigkeiten haben uns nicht gestört (+ auch nicht bemängelt)und wir haben einen sehr schönen Osterurlaub gehabt.

Urlaub in der Wasserstadt

Das Haus ist wunderbar geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles in der küche vorhanden. Die Sauna war das I-Tüpfelchen, da wir sehr schlechtes Wetter hatten. Leider bekamen wir den Wohnbereich nicht richtig warm. Die Lage hinter den Containern,störte uns nur ein wenig,da wir die Terrasse sowieso nicht nutzen könnten. In die Stadt oder auch zum Tierpark oder Vechtesee war man schnell zu Fuß. Alles in allem würden wir bei besserem Wetter wieder kommen!

Unsere kleine Auszeit

Schickes und sauberes Objekt. Tolles Personal (sowohl im Kiosk als auch die Reinigungskräfte). Preis-Leistung passt. Noch im Aufbau befindliche Anlage, aber davon kriegt man nicht viel mit. Nordhorn an sich ist nicht so ergiebig, wenn man Sightseeing betreiben will, aber zum reinen Relaxen vor Ort oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut geeignet.
