About this property

Beautiful country town, nicknamed Little Springdale, tucked on the back side of Zions National Park, is a gem get away! Ask about ATV tours available with side by side outings in the most breathtaking scenery!Small town brewery with homemade pizza, baked goodies and delightful coffees less than a mile from our fully fenced in, private home with your own personal bonfire, outdoor dining with gardens to watch the blazing sunsets! Endless hiking and ATV trails which are dog friendly plus swimming reservoirs! End the day with a Bubble bath soak in my oversized tub and super cozy well stocked kitchen & home!

The owner of this property tried to “upsell” us into a tiny house which wasn’t pet friendly. Then was completely uncommunicative the entire day. Finally at 5:30pm we were contacted and we agreed the tiny house was not a good option and asked for a refund. We scrambled to find another location and did receive a refund.

Colorado City, Az hiding trip

Great central location to hike Zion Nat’l Park, Grand Canyon and Lake Powell area. Quiet neighborhood and nice town.

Welcome to my hometown where we are only recently discovered as a tourist attraction so our small home town feeling is unmistakable and a welcome cozy comparison to rat rat expensive Springdale.
I love meeting people from all over the world and telling you the best little trails and back door adventures available here locally or from many miles around us!

Why they chose this property

Right in the middle of our small town means you have about a 5 minute access to our brand new grocery store, Bees as well as parks and ATV trails right from my front door!

What makes this property unique

For a much smaller price tag you can bring the whole family with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen and private fenced yard give you bonfire nights and patio table with propane BBQ grill!
So watch our blazing desert view sunsets right from the backyard and ability to pull your car or atv’s safely inside the slide out driveway!
