Living area approx. 113 sqm, plot approx. 465 sqm, 2 terraces, garden furniture, 2 loungers, garden shed and fireplace grill. Tasteful bedroom (double bed and possibility for another full bed / chair) with TV. Very charming small single room (possibly also for 2 children) and a double room with 2 single beds. The house impresses with its style, the spacious living / dining area, closed hallway, with open very well equipped kitchen and the cozy stove for a perfect holiday. Excellent equipment with z. B. two Sat-Flat-TV (50 "-SmartTV in the living room) BlueRay / DVD player including some DVD's, music system (with iPod docking station), children's toys and carts, dishwasher, washing machine, 1 bath, 1 shower room. Microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor fan, Sandwitchmaker. The Baltic Sea beach with promenade, marina, park and cliff with Cape Arkona view, restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, etc. within walking distance.

Further equipment and offers: beach chair on the sunny south-facing terrace, barbecue. Thatched roof house for z. B. Bicycles in the summer.

My younger sister 'house Antje Am Dünenwald' (FeWo-direkt # 2055771) can be found at the other end of Glowe at the extremely quiet dune forest on the Schaabe, near the km-long Baltic Sea sandy beach on the Schaabe and Bodden.

Toll!

Sehr schönes Haus, nette Gastgeber und tolle Agentur. Immer wieder. Im übrigen ist ein schneller Strandzugang über den Kurpark gewährleistet....wir fanden es hervorragend und kommen gerne wieder.

Gepflegtes, eher hochwertiges Objekt, direkte Umgebung ruhig und ordentlich. Parkmöglichkeit am Objekt. Leider keine Ladestation für Autos.

Sehr schön

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber, gute Lage, gepflegtes Grundstück, klare Empfehlung. Das einzige, wovon ich abraten würde, ist das Wäschepaket: Die Wäsche ist nicht sauber, der Preis ist hoch, die Betten sind bei Ankunft nicht bezogen und es gibt lediglich ein Küchentuch. Also: Wenn man im Auto noch Platz hat, selber mitnehmen.

Sehr Erholsame Auszeit an der Ostsee

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, toller in voller Blüte stehender Garten, ein Parkplatz für das Anwesen etwas knapp Ferienhaussiedlung ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr ruhig, leider waren jedoch Ort und Strand aufgrund der angrenzenden Kurklinik nur über die stärker befahrene Ortstrasse zu erreichen, sodass wir auch selbst lieber das Auto genutzt haben (war eigentlich mit dem Kleinkind nicht der Plan)

Hinweis

Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen müssten vom Vermieter erledigt werden.Der Rosengarten ist ein Traum. Dieser benötigt aber manchmal einen Rückschritt.Im ganzem Haus befanden sich leider keine Fliegengitter.Trotz dieser Mängel hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.
