tropical poolside cottage -minutes from beaches & downtown

Thank you for your review about the privacy of the property. We have two fully self-contained cottages. The pool and hot tub are exclusively for guests. Although both cottages may occasionally be occupied at the same time, we find that guests very rarely use the pool or hot tub at the same time. In most cases, guests have the entire pool and hot tub area to themselves for long periods, so there is a great deal of privacy. On the rare occasion that guests from both cottages are outside at the same time, the pool and hot tub area is shared between them. To ensure a private pool experience, the host can accept a requested time & reserve it exclusively for the guest. The host is on the property and provides immediate response to questions and maintains the outdoor features as the pool, hot tub, grill and lounge areas. Overall, however, the setting is quiet, private, and most guests are able to enjoy the outdoor area as though it were their own.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused while the pool pump was being replaced during your stay. We would, however, like to clarify that the swimming pool remained clean and available for swimming throughout this period. Although the pump also controls the hot tub's heating and circulation, the hot tub remained filled with water, and its aeration feature was still available. Our property operates 365 days a year, and we take great pride in maintaining our pool and facilities for our guests. Occasionally, maintenance is necessary to ensure everything continues operating smoothly. Interestingly, we have found that only approximately 20% of our guests actually make use of the swimming pool or hot tub during their stay. We always encourage our guests to take full advantage of the facilities and recreational amenities available, including our golf carts, kayaks, bicycles, swimming pool, and hot tub. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future for a wonderful 10/10 experience!
