Manatee Holiday House absolutely amazing! The house was clean, the beds were comfy and my family had the most amazing time. Greg and Dawn were easy to communicate with and our stay exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our next stay!

For a first timer coming to Weeki Wachee this property is Perfect! Has everything to enjoy the River and more. It's a must stay choice! A *oh yes,! the Manatees, Turtles, Fish viewing from your own dock is priceless.

The location of the house was perfect! It was a very short paddle and you were in the beautiful crystal clear waters of the weeki wachee river. The backyard was a quiet oasis and we could sit for hours looking at the various wildlife. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. They have an abundance of kayaks, canoes and SUP's available, as well as bikes, helmets and various sizes of life jackets to accommodate most everyone. Communication was seamless! We can't wait to come back again in the future.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.Susy

This was my second stay at this property, and it was just as great as the first. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was easy to communicate with and always responsive. Another wonderful stay, and I would gladly return again. Highly recommended!

This house was absolutely clean and comfortable with everything you would need and more. More comfort than home! The paddle to the river was fast and easy. We saw just as many manatee in the canals as we did the river! I cooked meals in the kitchen with ease. The host was absolutely on top of everything. The most comfortable beds I have slept in for a while. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Cannot wait to come back!!!

A smart and very well maintained property on a clean, quiet and pretty canal a short paddle from the main river. The house was fully equipped and in perfect order, the hosts communication was helpful and timely.The house has a selection of kayaks and a canoe, plus 4 bikes that are available to borrow.I would have no hesitation in staying again and would recommend it to others.

This place was perfect!! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was decorated beautifully and the kitchen had everything we needed. All the extras- games, kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, bikes, gas grill, fire pit, and more were extraordinary. We saw manatees and jumping fish every day right off the dock. The bonus sighting was the dolphin that swam and chased fish directly in front of dock! Perfect vacation!! We definitely want to come back to this house. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful place. Perfect location for paddling Weeki Wachi. The dock was a great place to hang out and swim. We had paddlers paddle by and tell us they wish they stayed there. Triple thumbs up. The only advice I'd give other paddlers is to come during the week. Saturday was packed!! And half the people don't know how to paddle. But we had a great time anyway.

The home was perfect, inside and out. The location was perfect also. The neighborhood was super quiet. It was exactly what we wantwd for a relaxing weekend on the river. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a stay there!

Great visit

We had a great time and even saw a couple of manatee while drinking coffee on the dock. Great accommodations with lots of amenities included to make our stay fun!
