A comfortable and relaxing little house! We very much enjoyed staying there! It was a wonderful location for us to visit family nearby. Thank you so much! We will be happy to book again on our next trip there!

Property is not fenced in and we did not find where on the advertisement it said that. We are truly sorry about neighbor. It was an unusual situation and not something that’s normal.

Quaint and comfortable
Overall experience was great. The house was comfortable and easy. Everything worked as it should. Location close to downtown food options and interstate and major highway. Some cleanliness issues (cobwebs, used floss picker on a side table, and evidence of mice in oven drawer). Pots and pans were provided however it wasn’t a complete set - more so random pieces. Just some notes:* Parking is tight! Hard to fit 2 vehicles. * Neighbor has dogs in the front yard which wasn’t mentioned. Just a note if you bring a pet. * Yard has little to no grass. Another note for a pet.* Beds were amazingly comfortable. Cozy. Does the trick for a long or short stay.
This property is not at all as described in the listing. The hosts, acting as property managers for an unnamed company, left us with a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were confronted with a neighboring property where six dogs were chained outside in the harsh winter weather, one even tied to a stop sign. The shared driveway with the neighboring home meant constant traffic in front of the property, with several cars coming and going all day, and one car staying parked for hours with occupants smoking weed inside.Inside the house, the situation was just as concerning. None of the linens had been cleaned—duvets were covered in long strands of hair and stains, and dirty dishes were left in the drawers. Additionally, the property was unsafe and unclean, making it an unpleasant environment for our vacation. After expressing our concerns to the property manager, we were promised a refund for the remaining days—but ONLY if we left a 5-star review.I waited to leave a review to give time for the promised refund, but instead, my original booking dates (12/21/24 to 12/27/24) were changed to 12/21/24 to 12/24/24, and the per-night rate were increased in order to keep the total the same. The booking was then force-closed, leaving me unable to resolve the issues. VRBO has yet to make contact with the ‘host’ as they have stopped answering any calls from myself or VRBO, and this matter is now escalating. DO NOT STAY HERE…
The house is as pictured. except the one bedroom showed a bunk bed. it just had a queen bed , and i couldn't find a can opener , but everything else was good
This newly listed home was basically all we needed! Beds were super comfy and kitchen came stocked with coffee! The only downside was that there was no porch furniture leaving us to sit on the ground. If we ever come back down we would definitely rent again!
