Beautiful new villa with exclusive furnishings. Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the gate entrance to the house, everything is at ground level (suitable for wheelchair users). Private pool, barbecue area, 3 bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers, Nespresso machine, Alexa entertainment, Playstation, free WiFi, satellite TV, TV in all bedrooms. Large terrace with covered dining area.
Casa Juma lies at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is equipped to the highest standard with German box spring beds. The villa offers all the comforts of home with a fully equipped and modern facility.
Perfectly located in the area of Costa Papagayo, after a 15-minute walk you can reach the gently sloping Playa Dorada beach with the blue flag, the beautiful marina and the center of Playa Blanca with its wonderful location by the sea and countless restaurants for every taste and Wallet. It is a great place for families, hikers and cyclists alike. Car rental is not essential. Use the opportunity to leave everyday life behind and simply relax during your vacation.

Casa Juma has a private garden with a 6 x 3 m pool, surrounded by a 2 m high natural stone wall. Perfect for those who want total privacy. On the approx. 90 m terrace you will find comfortable sun loungers and a covered dining area. Guest satisfaction is a priority and we make sure that your stay with us is safe, comfortable and, above all, unforgettable. We are at your side during your stay and are only a phone call away.

Upon request, the Casa Juma can be expanded by another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which are located on the lower, offset floor.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, neues Haus

Das Haus ist neu, sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist neu, sauber und so, wie man es sich wünscht. Die Lage ist ruhig und in einem guten Umfeld. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein deutschsprachiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist vorhanden. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
