Coffee maker is a drip maker.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

2nd year of staying in Jim's 1 bedroom place. The place is clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach it's just amazing!! Being able to get from the front door onto the beach in seconds is just amazing. If you're looking for a super clean and comfortable place within steps of the boardwalk/beach, then this is the place to choose.

Great spot, perfect location for our quick get away. The place was clean and the AC was on ready for us when we arrived. The linens and towels provided were a nice incentive and the ice in the freezer so when we got there after the long drive we could settle in with a cold drink. We will use this location again.

I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay during my trip to the shore. The unit was exactly as pictured and was clean and neat! The location was PERFECT. Jim was a great host and so quick to respond to any questions I had. It was so nice having the beach passes included as well. Will DEFINITELY be booking this place again for my next stay.

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my family and we had the best time! The location could not better!!! Perfectly situated on the boardwalk and it’s own little private area! The owner was very cool and super friendly & responsive. I don’t know if I’ll be able to stay anywhere else when I go back this summer! Thank you!!!

The property cleanliness and location were great. Very small suggestions to make the apartment excellent. Bathroom touches such as lighting in the shower, new bath mats and towels would go a long way. Since there’s no way to hang beach wear and towels in bathroom a small dryer rack or coat rack would be perfect. Had a lovely getaway and would come again.

Best location & perfect little place

First the location is amazing. Just steps to board walk, clean beach, Shore shop and Jersey shore house if you’re a fan of the show. We didn’t have to drive at all and could walk to everything. We had our 5 month old and place was just the right size for us. His Pack and play fit in bed room. Room for Jumper in living room and so on. Everything was very clean, towels were amazing and had everything we needed. Jim the owner couldn’t have been nicer and incredibly responsive. I don’t think I had a nicer property owner ever. Would highly recommend any of his property’s and would certainly be booking with him again when we come back.
