Close to EVERYTHING for your ideal get-away on the border of Destin/Miramar Beach on Old 98. 1BR/1BA 634 sq ft. sleeps 6: (Queen, twin bunks, queen sofa bed) Located next to one of 2 pools. 2nd pool also has a hot tub. Located on the 1st floor so no need to carry your bags upstairs. Walk to restaurants. On 5 mi. scenic walk/bike path. 3 mi drive to shopping. Laundry 10 steps from door.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Old 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive) stretches 5 miles from Miramar Beach to Destin. Walking and bike paths stem the entire length. The area is a friendly and safe resort community and a beach lover's paradise located between the Choctawahatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The area has some of the best white-sand beaches in the world with turquoise blue water and an abundance of things to do for everyone. Private beach access directly across the street from the property. Hit the beach, shop at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets or the Destin Commons, or go for a bike ride out your front door. For the outdoorsman, there is kayaking, fishing, boating, golfing, snorkeling, paddleboarding, parasailing and more plus two local dive shops for the adventurous. The kids will love mini-golf, arcades, a water park, bowling, movie theaters, go karts and more.

Please help us help you. The AC unit was replaced April 2022. If you set it too cold and leave the windows/doors open, you will freeze the unit up and be without AC.
HOA does not allow pets in rental units. $250 violation fee and eviction

Great Getaway

Location is key for this condo. We enjoyed walking across the street to the private beach. The little extras provided in the condo like beach towels and beach chairs were nice. Shelli was a great host, she anticipates what her guests’ need and tries to provide that information up front. We enjoyed our time and will be back!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay with Shelli! Great location, walking distance to the beach and close to neighboring beaches. Her place was fully equipped with what we needed- beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and a cooler. We appreciate the attention to detail from Shelli and her accommodations. Don’t forget to try the local IPA’s they come in a fun decorative can and they are delish! We highly recommend Shelli’s place and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From beach toys, chairs, beach bag and beach towels to coffee makers, coffee, toiletries, hair dryer and more. Comfortable beds Excellent location, clean, lots of places to explore. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If I could make 1 small improvement it would be to have a small collier cooler or cooler bag to take to the beach with you. And that's it folks everything else you need is there! You won't be sorry if you book this condo oh and 1 more thing the pool is also right outside the unit so you can keep an eye on those kids after the beach.

I love traveling and am always up for an adventure. I have been to 47/50 states and have lived in 6 of them. We landed in Florida in 2020 and couldn't be happier. We are excited to be first time hosts in April 2022.

Why they chose this property

We think this is the perfect location for a vacation and is steps from the beach. While the space is small, we love that it is possible to accommodate a family with 4 kids. The building is well-maintained and it is so convenient being on the first floor.
