MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Maximum of 16 guests allowed but no more than 12 adults. 16 guests total includes children. For example, If there are 10 adults then you can have 6 children. If 8 adults you can have 8 children, etc. (please note that bedroom #4 has 2 bunk beds in bedroom sleeps up to 4 children under 12 years of age). Our rates above the minimum adjust based on number of additional guests and will be automatically calculated in your total.

NOTICE: Our home, pool is professionally cleaned and serviced prior to guest stays. Sometimes unforeseen issues may arise and we apologize in advance. If we overlooked something please let us know so that we can address the issue right away. Although the pool water is pristine between cleanings, rain or wind may cause leaves to fall and landscaping dirt or debris to end up in the pool. These reasons do not render the pool unusable. To accommodate, we leave a pool brush and skimmer net for self-maintenance for our guests, if necessary. If you find that water is not clear (except for debris on bottom or surface of pool) please contact us and we will attempt to have the issue remedied quickly. Additionally, although the listing provides for as many as 16 guests, we provide dining and outdoor lounge seating for limited number of adult guests. If you are a larger family, we will endeavor to provide additional folding chairs to accommodate your group. Also please know that bunk beds are made for use by children under 12 and not for grown teen children or adults. The weight limit cannot exceed 125 pounds per bunk. Thank you for your cooperation.
