The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for meal preparation, or you can BBQ on the pool patio and dine alfresco. There is a spacious primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom boasting a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

All three bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs. The oversized verandah is complete with a large sectional, outdoor fans and romantic lighting. The expansive pool deck, accented by comfortable chaise loungers and umbrellas, is the perfect way to enjoy the Caribbean sun. Additional touches include a unique pink umbrellas, outdoor beach shower, pool and beach towels, LED lights in the pool, and the most amazing stargazing in Paradise! Take advantage of the producing coconut palms all around the property for great drinks and real coconut water.

True to the name Beach Daze, this vacation rental gem is located in Leeward, the upscale, gated (with CCTV and security guards), beach community in Grace Bay, and at the edge of Grace Bay’s restaurant and shopping district. It is a couple of minutes to restaurants, golf, tennis, casino, watersports, the marina, shopping and so much more. For your comfort, the Villa is fully walled and fenced, gated, and monitored by an on-island security team as well as fitted with a house alarm system, exterior only video cameras, and automatic outdoor lighting.

There are two separate central air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, one for the primary suite and a second for other areas; uniquely, this includes AC directly into the bathrooms as well. Beach Daze gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind as well.

Beach Daze Villa can sleep up to 8 persons: King primary bedroom, Queen second bedroom, a trundle third bedroom that can be made to a King, and a Queen sofa in the living room.
