About this property

This property has it all! Some of the fun features include a bunk room with two queen over queen “adult” bunkbeds. There is a large screened in porch w/TV, beverage fridge, and bait freezer. The private back yard is truly an oasis! There’s an outdoor shower, oversized hammock and an amazing tiki hut, complete with grill, running water, overhead fans, party lights & a sweet outdoor TV w/soundbar. The beach entry pool is perfect for kids and adults and is the perfect temp, year-round, thanks to the heater/chiller! There’s a 40ft concrete seawall to dock your boat or park your jet skis on the two floating jet ski docks. It’s just a quick 3 min boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean or a 3 min walk to beautiful, Sombrero Beach. If you’d rather kayak, paddle board, skateboard or bike to the beach, we have those toys too!

Marathon

We absolutely loved this property. Having a resort like feel right in the backyard was the best. We have younger girls and they loved having the pool to themselves at any time of the day. We rented a car and the house was conveniently located to many restaurants/attractions. We loved the kayaks and SUP which can be taken right over to Sombrero Beach. They have thought of everything! Pack your bags and go!

Great family place!

Nice location and great pool & patio. Walkable to beach, kayaks and standup paddle boards on property. Marathon was great and very family friendly. Only suggestion for Dave is to get a pack and play for families to use. All in all really good and we would consider coming back.

Spring Break 2024

This house could not have been more amazing!!! So much to do, you really never needed to leave! The backyard oasis was heavenly. Dave and J Bone were so easy to work with. Honestly, everything was BLISS. Highly recommend!

Canal Front Cool

My husband and I just spent a lovely week at this Marathon home. Casual, beachy interior. Great outdoor space. You can be poolside with sun or in the shade of the tiki hut during the day. Or head out on the water in either the two kayaks or stand-up paddlebords. Outdoor, pool and tiki lights add to the ambiance of a perfect middle Key night. Entertainment options are plentiful with televisions in many areas including outside under the tiki hut. This place offers modern conveniences with Keys coastal charm. Perfect, quiet location near Sombrero Beach and near to the conveniences you need. Grocery and New York style pizza just minutes away! The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one, and it was!

Family and friends enjoying the keys

We've been looking for a home to visit every year and this would be that home. It was very comfortable for eight adults. The yard feels like a resort; more than enough space for us to enjoy the pool, grill, eat, and take an afternoon nap. The screened room was a bonus on our rainy day. We were able to play games and feel like we were outside without getting wet. The owner is very easy to work with and is available to answer any questions.
