1 Block to Sombrero Beach, 70' waterfront w/ dockage. 3 Bedrms 3 baths. Large deck for cooking out. Direct access to the Atlantic. 65" TVs in all rooms. Enjoy your mornings by starting at our Coffee bar for Coffee, Cappuccino or a Latte. Everything you need is included with Sugar, coffee and creamers. Our home is fully furnished with all the essentials. We even include Kayaks, Bikes and Fishing Poles as well as Corn Hole and Giant Jenga. VR License No: VACA -20-147

3 Bedrooms. 1 Large bedroom has 2 beds.

Bikes and Kayaks are included at the house for your stay.

We also provide basic fishing gear.

We have a 2018 Robalo R247 boat that is available to rent with our home.

We are in the Sombrero Beach Neighborhood. The most popular beach in Marathon. This house is also close to Publix, Winn Dixie and all the popular local restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Sombrero beach and dock with kayaks to take out were among the highlights. The kitchen could be better appointed with additional/better kitchen tools but generally had everything we needed. The location of the pin on the map on VRBO was slightly misleading as the house is actually located on Sombrero Beach Rd. and not on Tingler Island as shown on the map.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Everyone was very comfortable. The outside area was great to hang around in, with the fans and TV. Kayaking, SUP, and the beach were very accessible. Easy communications with the owner made the stay smooth. We all recommend!

WE stayed at this property in Marathon, Fl. for a week. Everything was as it was presented/advertised. Location was perfect. This is EXACTLY the kind of home we expected and thoroughly enjoyed everything. We rode bikes, kayaked, fished, played Cornhole....besides taking in all the local attractions available. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR THE GREAT STAY/EXPERIENCE !!! 10 Stars IF we could rate it that high !!!

The house inside looks just like the pictures and is very nice. The host was responsive and accommodating. There was a charcoal grill at the property, but I was the only person in our group who knew how to use it. After I mentioned this to the host, he had a gas grill delivered the next day.The location is excellent; just a five-minute walk from Sombrero Beach and less than five minutes from the ocean by boat. We brought our 23-foot center-console boat. Once the host moved his boat forward, ours fit in the remaining dock space, although it was very tight. The neighbors are very particular about boats extending beyond the property line, so I would not recommend bringing a boat longer than 23 feet.One thing for boaters to keep in mind is that the canal connecting the property to the ocean can become extremely shallow. We stayed during an almost-full moon, and at low tide the water was less than one foot deep in some areas. We spoke with several other boaters staying along the canal, and they had experienced the same conditions. You need to plan carefully and watch the tides to avoid running aground.Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the property.

We had a great time. Nice view of canal, excellent layout. Love the covered outdoor space and the location was excellent. Being all one level was ideal for my mother and her mobility issues.

Great location

Our children walked out onto the dock every morning and enjoyed fishing and kayaking. A short 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The layout of the house was perfect for adults to have their own time and space after the littles went to bed. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Home. Total Beach Vibes. Tons of towels, sheets, blankets, fans. Loved using the kitchen. Rented John's boat as an extra, and was a 2 min ride out to open water.

Beautiful House

This house is beautifully decorated, the coffee bar is adorable! Outdoor space is relaxing, accommodates seven easily, we even caught a shark off the canal front! Sat in hot tub every night and walked to beach every morning. House was fully stocked and super clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location, updated and clean house. Host was great to work with. House amenities were great. Games, beach stuff, fishing gear, kayaks, house supplies...all were nice to have. We loved being down the street from a Publix, Winn Dixie, and Surf Style. Very convenient. There is a large sidewalk for walking, riding included bikes, etc.We loved the location and walking distance to Sombrero Beach...but be sure to check sargassum situation during your stay. We knew this was a thing but didn't realize how bad it can get. The beach was unusable during our stay. The smell was AWEFUL even at the house. The build-up on the beach, and all beaches on the Atlantic side, all the way to Key West, were terrible. Check nearby Calusa beach at Bahia Honda Park. It was the perfect beach spot, and we visited it multiple times.Some fun excursions we did and kids loved: day trip to Key West, snorkeling at Sombrero Key Lighthouse (amazing!), Calusa beach and snorkeling there, minigolf at Porky's (very nice course), pontoon rental for a day, ice cream trips in Marathon, and lost of great local restaurant options. And we tried key lime pie at every stop!
