Spacious holiday home directly at the spa park

The cottage is tastefully and comfortably furnished for 6-8 persons.
The city villa from the 30s combines modern with old.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining area and the large living room with 2 couches. From here you can also enter the beautiful ingrown garden. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.
You will also find on the ground floor a double room and the guest toilet.
Upstairs you will find the bathroom with bath and 3 double bedrooms. From one room you have access to the huge roof terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and Cafissimo, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and much more.
Of course you will also find LED TVs and free Wi-Fi
Everything your heart desires for a nice stay with us.

The house is located 200m from the Kurparksee. The old town can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Bus stop and stop for Paulinchenbahn and Paul-E-Bus are nearby.
The Vita Sol-Therme can be reached in 10 minutes on foot through the landscaped garden.

Schöner Silvesterurlaub

Tolles, geräumiges Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und einer sehr, sehr netten Vermieterin. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern über Silvester dort. Alle hatten genug Platz, egal ob beim Schlafen, Essen oder beim abendlichen Zusammensitzen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker und fast direkt vor der Tür der sehr schöne Kurgarten. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Das Haus ist wunderbar geeignet für Reisen mit Kindern. Es bietet viel Platz innen und einen schönen eingewachsenen und geschützten Garten mit Rasenfläche zum Spielen und großer Terrasse. Die Lage direkt beim Landschaftsgarten ist phantastisch, man ist sofort im Grünen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief sehr professionell und freundlich.

Schönes Hause in der Nähe vom Kurpark

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da was man braucht. Viel Platz, gemütliche Essecke. Nur der Duschvorhang ein bisschen dünn. Nach dem Duschen kleine Wasserlache vor der Badewanne.

Ruhige Unterkunft mit familiärer Atmosphäre

Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie stellte auf Anfrage unserem 11/2 jährigen Enkelsohn ein liebevoll bezogenes Kinderbett mit Kuscheltier auf. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch zum selbst Kochen. Wir haben nur kalte Mahlzeiten eingenommen im Esszimmer, welches genügend Platz bietet. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Frau Höner.
