About this property

Private Luxury Oasis W/HEATED AND COOLED POOL

This house sits in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is fully fenced providing ultimate security and privacy. There is also a gate around the pool and cantina area providing an additional safety feature for those who have little ones! The pool is the show stopper and you may never want to leave. The cantina style bar including TV makes the outside space even more enjoyable. If you do venture out, 5 miles away you will find Downtown Chandler with restaurants, craft breweries and adorable cafes. Also nearby is Fashion Square with over 100 stores. Our home has space for RV parking and has a secured parking area. Scottsdale is a short 15 minute drive and Downtown Phoenix and Tempe are with in a 20 minute drive. Heated pool available for an extra $50 a day from October-May. As far as the pool heat goes it can get cold at night and during the winter. We have an electric heat pump with a solar cover that can raise the water temperature about 20 degrees on average. There is no guarantee during the winter months that the pool will be to the guests desired temperature. No refunds for pool heat.

The best place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at Jason and Jennifer’s place. It was perfect for our family. The pool and outdoor space was a great area to spend time while at the home. The hosts were very helpful in giving information as to where to dine out and suggested local attractions to check out. The neighborhood was a nice quiet area. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We came down to get away from the subzero temps at home and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. Communication with ownership was excellent, they gave us many suggestions of things to do and place to eat, as well as golf courses. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the pool area most of the time we were home, would highly recommend this for anyone looking to travel to the area!

Spring break

This was the perfect place to escape the crazy MN weather and relax. The pool and backyard area really are an oasis! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful House

We stayed here last year and returned this year. We have booked again for next year! It is a beautiful house with a wonderful backyard oasis. Coffee outside every morning pool side. Everything is so close and convenient! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Chandler Get away

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this one has been by far the best. The owners have done an outstanding job on up keep on the property and everything was clean and in order. The pool was wonderful. The fact that it was heated was an excellent addition. The location is great for just about anything you would like to do from baseball to hiking to resturants. We loved it and will stay again.

Awesome place!

We had a wonderful time. My 80 year old mother was an AZ resident until my father passed 5 years ago and she moved back to Wisconsin. My sister, mom and I have been coming back evey year to see old friends. This is the best house by far and we have already reserved for next year! BEST place to stay. Near everything and outdoor space is amazing. Love the inside updates too.
