We had a wonderful stay, we loved everything . The property manager was very accommodating and answered any of our questions promptly. Loved the KCB community, the cabana club was so nice !!We would absolutely stay here again while in the Marathon area .

Nice quiet stay

A beautiful house with a ton of fun sea life to watch swim right by. Short drive to anywhere in the keys. Loved this place.

Best Place in Key Colony!

This home was VERY convenient and comfortable. From the dock near the back door to the conveniences of everything you have it home. We LOVED our stay here.

Great property

We had a lovely stay at this property. The location on the canal was great and the whole family enjoyed seeing manatees and other sea life. That was a real highlight of the trip. The house was very well-appointed with any kitchen items you might need and the house was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay at this house again and hope to do so in the future!

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful, clean house perfectly situated for convenient boat dockage right out your back door. Made it super simple to load up the boat for a day on the water. Kids had a great time with plenty of room for our family of 7. The pool at the Cabana Club was a great bonus! Highly recommend!

This home was every thing we were hoping for. It was spacious, comfortable, updated, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was better equipped than any rental I’ve stayed in. We loved having access to the Cabana Club, and enjoyed the facility every day.

Fantastic stay

Check in was easy, pictures don’t do the place justice. Bigger than expected and the back is really nice to relax and fish. Even saw a manatee and her baby. The management was amazing and super helpful, gave us many ideas for restaurants. Always a fast response! Right in the middle of key colony and you can walk to the clubhouse which we used a couple of times. Master bed was on the firm side but we were fine. Thank you for the great stay!

Very Clean and Comfortable

House is exactly as pictured. Very clean and each bedroom has a tv. We didn't have a boat, but beautiful dock for those that do. Battery went out on a smoke detector and the owner sent someone over quickly. Area is super quiet. We enjoyed this home.

Nice house with fun canal in back

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! We loved sitting out on the patio for breakfast each morning and in the evenings for dinner too when we didn't go out. My kids (ages 7, 7, and 12), as well as my husband and I, loved looking for creatures in the canal in the back. We saw different types of fish, jellyfish, a manatee (which was definitely a highlight of our trip!), a shark, pelicans, etc. My 7-year-olds loved looking in the water so much that they barely watched a screen for the entire trip! The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen was nice. FYI, it had a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The washer and dryer were nice too. They also had plenty of bath towels and beach towels, plenty of hangers, etc. It's a duplex, but we didn't have any issues with privacy and it was nice and quiet. It's a great location too: not too close or too far from Key West, close to lots of stuff in Marathon, and also close to Bahia Honda, Islamorada, etc.
