We just stayed in this wonderful place for 3 nights! So easy to get in, communication was great, and we absolutely loved the space and especially the balcony! It was close to so many fun restaurants, bars, and shops and we would definitely stay there again. We very much enjoyed the record player and records-really fun touch!

The location of this condo is excellent. It is in the Riverwalk district, and it walkable to everything there! Beach Bagels was a morning favorite! There's a little market close by. It was lovely to have a washer/dryer. The beds are super comfy. We loved the balcony, with the street view. The dry saunais a unique touch. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Wilmington!

Emanuela was an amazing host. The loft was spacious with all new appliances and in the best location right on Front Street close to everything. We were having such a great time we extended our trip an extra day. Emanuela was so accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful downtown condo

We were so pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed staying here. Clean and so well equipped. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed walking the boardwalk. Parking was easy. We used the sauna too which was a great touch! We drove a short distance to Wrightsville Beach. We look forward to another stay.

Thank you so much. It was my pleasure hosting you!! I too love the location and that it is still in a booming spot but I find it to be quieter than the other blocks. Plus the only balconies on front street is a win for me! Thank you so much and I would love to host you again.

Mini Vacation

This historic property was perfect for our long weekend getaway, it was exactly as advertised. We were a family of 5, including 3 teens. We all loved that we could walk to the shops, restaurants and the Live Oak Pavillon. Parking in the paid deck behind the property was easy and convenient. The host was amazing to work with. We would definitely stay again.
