The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks, The master faces the interior courtyard of the condo complex and features views of the pool and manicured grounds. There is a Smart 55" TV in the master bedroom and overhead ceiling fan for ultimate enjoyment. The main area of the condo is perfect for gathering, enjoying a meal and unwinding. The kitchen area is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. The open kitchen and dining areas offer seating at the kitchen bar for 4 and the dining table has seating for 6. The living room has a Smart TV and two cozy couches. The living area has french doors that open to a balcony to enjoy the outdoors with views of the pool. This is the perfect spot to relax with a beverage and take in the coastal breeze. There are two front bedrooms with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. Both front bedrooms have Smart TVs and ceiling fans. Nice Condo at Sunset Beach

This was a very nice condo at Sunset Beach. Very spacious and had everything that you needed.Pool access--required you to drive across the bridge Sunset Beach to the rental office and pick up the key and when you checked out you had to take the key back across the bridge to rental office. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas getaway

We had a great time at "805!" The condo had everything we needed and more for our Christmas getaway. We loved having in the indoor pool and hot tub (just needed to call the rental agent to pick up the key.) Sunset beach is our favorite NC beach. The condo was a short drive away from everything. We hope to come back again!

I would stay again if in the area.

The condo was clean and had everything you need such as linens and kitchen supplies. We did have a roach in the bathroom but it was dead. Also, the televisions are very small. The "large screen" in the living room is maybe a 32". Due to the kind of cabinet it is in, you can only see the full screen from the couch. The hot tub was closed one day. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the elevator. Sunset beach felt more of a golfing vacation area,so not really our thing. However, it was quiet. We ate at a couple good restaurants and enjoyed a low-key short vacation.

We enjoyed our stay but upon arrival entering the condo for the first time (and it had being cleaned before us coming) there was 3 dead cockroaches in the middle of the tile flooring in the main hallway. The couches are dated but they were fine for the little amount of time we spent on them. The beds very comfortable! We enjoyed not having a key to keep up with other then the pool key. They kitchen was spacious but was hard to find where things were. I was really happy to find there was at least one kids cup! The carpet was white( I already knew this from the pictures) which can make a momma with a kid a little nervous, but it ended up fine! The pictures you see on the listing is exactly how it looks! If I were looking to book again in this area I would still book this place and will keep it in mind for other trips in the future.

Comfortable stay, easy location!

We love this condo. It was our second visit, and we felt so relaxed here, even with 2 young kids. This place has everything you need, plenty of space for a family of 4, and a comfortable vibe. The location is convenient to the beach, maybe 4 minutes away. About 10 mins from Calabash and about 10 mins from Ocean Isle, and both have great restaurants. Love the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub!

Nov. Weekend at Sunset Beach

Booked this property the day before arriving. Sloane Vacations rentals Sunset Beach took care of the booking right away. I called to see if we could get in early and was told yes (+). During peak season this is probably not possible but they were very accommodating. When we arrived to the property and entered, the townhouse was very clean and well kept. It was a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the things you would have at home. The 3 bedrooms were all decorated nicely with TVs and the beds were comfortable. The 2 bathroom were decorated nicely. Linen and towels were provided which is a huge plus. (-) My only complaint was when booking the property we were told that we would have access to an indoor pool and gym. The outdoor pool was closed for the season which was understandable but when going to access the indoor facilities there was padlocks on the doors. I called the rental company to see what we needed to do to get in and was told that they were not aware of it being closed but that the HOA could have done it for maintenance. I understand things happen but that was one of the reasons we rented this property for my son. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and look forward to possibly staying there again.

Great week! Clean house!

House was very clean. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Good location 10 minutes to beach and 10 minutes to calabash shopping and restaurants. A bit of a mix up at Sloane regarding the pool key but it worked out. We’d come back to this community. It’s right outside the pool so if loud activities there bother you you might want to look elsewhere. For us we didn’t mind. Comfortable and convenient.
