Relaxing & vibrant environment!
This property is located in an exclusive gated community. The home is also located in a quiet road. Even though I-75 is close by, there is no noise from traffic as the neighborhood is surrounded by precast concrete sound barrier walls, which are designed to reflect noise towards the source and absorb some of the energy from the sound wave, which provides such an effective noise barrier.

Our property counts with a fully equipped kitchen, and two car attached garage, you will simply fall in love with our home!
Great for active people and perfect to relax & recharge. You will wake up looking at the lake, deciding if you would like to stay in bed or perhaps going for a walk in the neighborhood and then a few laps in the club’s pool, or even better! Deciding if you are going to the beach for a morning walk, or wait to go in the afternoon for an espectacular daily sunset, before heading to one of the nice italian restaurants in the areas! It is all up to, and the best thing, you can do all of these options as everything is 5-7 miles from home.

seven weeks - 3th time staying here

This is the 3th time we have stayed here . We love it and plan on coming back next year . It is located in a great location in north Naples . 2.8 miles walking sidewalk around the village ( 10 miles if you do all the side streets)Three pools , exercise room and a restaurant. The host could not be more accommodating. Everything you need is provided . If there are any problems, they respond quickly . We highly recommend this property ! Check it out !!

Great Stay!

This lovely home is in a wonderful neighborhood. It is also in a very good location in order to access many areas in Naples within a relatively short amount of time. We would definitely consider the owners to be Premier. The home was very clean and well maintained, the check-in/check-out process was seamless and the owners were very responsive. They were very welcoming, had supplied the home with all the amenities we might need and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. We especially liked the set up with two separate bedroom/bathroom areas (great for two couples) and we enjoyed the lanai and screened in Florida room very much. We definitely recommend this property!

Everything you expect and more

Words simply cannot describe the experience we had at Sam and Adriana’s home. The home itself offers a great layout with two individual suites combined with an open floor plan and a great lanai to spend time in the outdoor air. The community is excellent for walking or biking with a community pool, a gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and a restaurant that is a beautiful venue for a meal or cocktails (great happy hour). Our hosts thought of every amenity in the house and offered a great welcome gift. Perhaps even more impressive was their “on the spot” communications and their commitment to us to just show up and enjoy. No drama. This is the best rental experience we have ever had, and we are making plans for return again later this year. Thanks Sam and Adriana!

A+ Location and Property and Host

We have stayed at this property twice and truly believe the hosts are in the premier status. They have anticipated every need/want their guests might have and they are very quick to respond to any questions or comments. Their beautiful home is immaculately clean and very well stocked in every area. We enjoy the floor plan of the home with a bedroom/bathroom suite on each end of the home that can be completely shut off from the rest of the house. It also offers great outdoor space with a coved patio and large screened-in lanai. The home is in a gated community that offers many amenities. The hosts have provided all the equipment needed to enjoy the amenities. There are three pools - a general pool, an adults only pool and a lap swimming pool. We especially enjoy the lap swimming pool. There are pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce courts, a gym, and a restaurant on the property. The 2.7 mile sidewalk/path encircling the homes is safe and perfect for walking each day. The hosts have provided bicycles to use to ride around the property. One unique feature of this community is all the bridges that connect the homes to each other as well as the town center. We give this home a 10+ rating and are looking forward to a future stay!
