Wonderful location and great condo. The only negative was the parking garage was a little tight for larger vehicles. The communication was exceptional and someone on site and in the office were just a phone call away if needed.

Great Beach Vacation

The condo was right on the beach. It had a nice view of the ocean. Lots of things to do for our older kids.

Condo

Loved this condo, but wish there had been curtains in the living room over the patio door. The sun was brutal during the early morning hours, but there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the garbage while at the pool. The dumpster is on the side of the bldg and the smell.would roll around to the pool. Otherwise, really great place.

Overall great location!

Positives: Location to beach was fantastic! Place to rinse when coming in from beach was useful. Quick drive to the grocery store. Kitchen loaded with mostly anything you need. View was great. Noise level was fair, but recommend a sound machine to block out noise. Beds were fair. Price was amazing! Negatives: Photos make things look new, but some furniture was broken or bedroom drawers hard to open. Dishwasher leaked and no one was sent out so we had to hand-wash. We had to fix a burner on the oven that was not working. Had to fix a toilet that was constantly running when we got there (chain needed adjusting). Sand from previous guests everywhere even though we mopped 2x’s and didn't go to the beach often (too windy and cold). Indoor pool was closed several times due to wind because safety reasons. Temp of indoor pool not as warm as anticipated. No staff cleanup around pool area throughout day -some families leaving towels all over, drinks all over (open alcohol unattended with no staff cleanup). Overall cost of stay outweighed our cons of the trip. Therefore, would likely stay again if returning to North Myrtle Beach!
