Property was clean and had a great set up for 4 people. The air wasn’t working and it was warm enough to make it uncomfortable for sleeping even with the window open. They did send a unit for the living room. Property was convenient to downtown by car.

The propert was very easy to access and no more than 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do (beaches, restaurants, the asylum campus, shops, etc.). The condo was also very clean and comfortable.

The unit was very clean however there was a terrible odor when we walked in. We smelled it each time we entered. There was no hair dryer and very few towels (only one for each of us for a 4 day stay). They did bring more towels once we requested them. The ac would not go below 77 when we made several attempts to lower it a little as instructed by the host. Overall the unit was very nice and quiet besides the traffic noise because it is on a busy road. It was nice it had a washer/dryer although we did not use them. We would consider staying here again provided there were some improvements made on the aforementioned issues.

Our girls weekend was great! The condo was very clean. Very easy to access and in a great location. My daughters and I did wine tasting and just enjoyed our time together with lots of laughs! Thank you for the great space!

We are two older couples (family) who stayed for three nights while touring in the area. We found the unit extremely comfortable and well-equipped. It was spacious and very clean. The host was terrific in keeping in touch and responding to a couple of questions we had. The parking was also very convenient and there were nice eateries and waterfront nearby. We highly recommend this rental!

Great Lakes Equestrian Festival

Great place to stay while my daughter showed at GLEF. Easy access to show grounds and lots of great shops and restaurants nearby during our downtime. Spacious, clean condo perfect for relaxing after a long day!

Great Condo

We were in town for the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It was in a great location, not too far from the show grounds and also close to great shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay

It's a good location for Traverse City excursions. It's a roomy two-bedroom, two-bath condo that's very comfortable and clean. It's located near everything you need. The host is great, and communication is great. The parking lot can get a little busy at times, but we could always find a spot.
