Big Lazy Bear is a beautiful 3 bed/3.5 bath cabin that has everything you need for all your vacation needs!!! This cabin was completed in 2022!!

There is plenty of space for couples, families and friends. The all wood interior, open concept living space and clean and de-cluttered rooms throughout makes this a cabin retreat you must see to believe.

We are located directly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which makes this an ideal location to enjoy what both cities have to offer within minutes!

Big Lazy Bear offers over 2,800 square feet with 3 levels with a King Master Suite on each level. There is plenty of space for everyone in this one of a kind retreat!

As you enter through the door on the main level, you are greeted by the living room that boasts plush furniture coupled with wood accents throughout the living space. The vaulted ceiling and large windows greet you with lots of light and views of the outdoors. The gas fireplace awaits a turn of the knob on those chilly days. It is equipped with a 65" flat screen TV above the fireplace. The dining room has seating to accommodate several guests featuring a solid wood dining set. The kitchen offers granite countertops and it’s fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. A half bathroom is also on the main floor. There is a wrap around porch on this level with plenty of seating to accommodate guests.

There is a beautiful mountain view in the fall, winter, and early spring and a wooded view for extra privacy in the summer months.

One of the King Master Suites is also on the main level that comes fully furnished with a king bed with a memory foam mattress. A 50" flat screen TV awaits you along with plenty of storage in the dresser and closet. There is also a full bathroom attached.

As you take your journey up the floating staircase to the second level, you are greeted by a loft with a futon that serves as another living space. This loft also has a 50” TV mounted on the wall. On this same level, there is the second King Master Suite that comes fully furnished with a king bed with a memory foam mattress. A 50" flat screen TV awaits you along with plenty of storage in the dresser and closet. There is also a full bathroom attached.

Going back downstairs to the main level and then continuing down to the lower level, you are greeted with a full size pool table, foosball table, and an additional living space with a 75” TV as well as a sleeper sofa. On this same level, there is the third King Master Suite that comes fully furnished with a king bed with a memory foam mattress. A 50" flat screen TV awaits you along with plenty of storage in the dresser and closet. There is also a full bathroom attached. There is a walk out to the covered patio from this level which you will find the beautiful hot tub as well as additional seating.

There is a camera located in the driveway on the property for security purposes.
