Lewes Vacation

Comfort and convenience

We had a lovely time enjoying Lewes in the pre-season. This location was great, and we often found ourselves leisurely walking into town, which was perfectly doable even with 3 kids under 5. The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well appointed. We particularly loved lounging in the screened back porch in the evenings. Overall it was a relaxing, stress-free stay in a beautiful home on a quiet street. We will be back!

A lovely Lewes week

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a nice property with everything as described. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. A binder from the owners provided additional information which was helpful. Was nice to be able to use the garage which was spacious. Located in a quiet neighborhood. You can bike or take a long walk into downtown Lewes and easily drive to the beach. Opening the door to the back patio was finicky which the owners indicated but could probably be replaced sooner rather than later. The area rug in the living room could be removed as it doesn't stay in place so it becomes a tripping hazard. New plush carpet. Lots of room for everyone. Outdoor shower was a nice feature after coming back from our beach days. Screened in porches enjoyable in the evenings for keeping the bugs away. I assume there wasn't much decor on the walls since this is a new rental but some beachy decor would be a nice touch. Keys weren't in lock box as indicated when we arrived but our rental agent came by within 1/2 hour to give us the spare.
