1BR/BA Top Floor Corner Unit (sleeps 4) 10'x24' boat slip is included for free! If you need a Larger Boat Slip (13'x35') we can accommodate that also for additional fee of $30 per night or free with 5-night booking. Heron Bay offers an onsite boat launch that can accommodate smaller boats. For your convenience, there is onsite trailer parking available for $5/night. Please ensure to register with the onsite office to obtain a permit prior to parking trailer. Call before you arrive to arrange a trailer parking pass. Heron Bay Office phone number is 573-552-8379.

If you require a larger boat ramp Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize Marina Recreation Area is less than a 10min drive from the condo and can handle any size boat and overnight trailer parking. Contact their office for fees.

Escape, relax and unwind with beautiful views of Lake Ozark and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the top corner floor. We are centrally located so you can explore many adventures such as Boating, Skiing, fishing, beaches, swimming, hiking, golfing, caves and much more. If you are after more of the night life the lake offers that too. We are only minutes from historic Bagnell Dam Strip, restaurants, night life, bars, live music, Lake Ozark amphitheater, Lake Ozark Speedway, Big Surf water park and wineries. If you want to bring your boat, we have included our 10'X24' boat slip for free. If you have a larger boat, we offer (13' x 35') boat slip for your boat (extra fee of $30 p/night or 5 nights and its free). If not, Aqua toy rentals is right next door to rent you a Jet Ski or Pontoon boat for the hour, day, weekend or week. If you want to relax and fish from the dock. We have that covered also with poles and tackle to drop a line in from the dock.

Start your summer adventure with a stay at our condo perfectly located in the heart of Lake Ozark. This top floor corner unit is equipped with basic and not so basic needs. Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, Outdoor BBQ grill Cooking and dinning ware for indoor and out, stemless wine glasses, cocktail glasses, wine opener Washer and Dryer in the condo, pool towels, hair dryer, soaps and mini shampoo if you forget yours.

We have done our best to provide what you may need for a relaxing get away.

Two night minimum/ 3 night minimum on holiday and shootout weekends. No smoking, pets or parties allowed. Must be 25 years old to rent.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bedding on the bed it is easier for our cleaning girl to swap them out.
Leave all dirty towels in the laundry basket in the laundry closet.
Drops us a texted when you leave. It helps sometimes when we have a flip to let out cleaning girl know if you leave early. But not rush you have until 11am to check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must have a valid phone number listed with VRBO. If you have not updated your phone number on your account, please do so before booking with us.
You are responsible for all damages weather accidental or intentional. No unaccompanied miners left overnight.
Any fines incurred due to your actions while staying on our property due to violating HOA property rules are your responsible for in full.

This host has put a great deal of effort into making a great stay. The condo is very well maintained and stylish. Overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks the view is tremendous. We enjoyed watching the turtles swim below from the balcony. Easily the best that we have stayed at using VRBO.

Great place for a couples get away

My wife and I stayed here while attending a show at the Ozarks Amphitheater. The condo was perfect for a couple looking to get away for a few days. Location was amazing and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area was awesome to sit out on the deck and just relax with a cocktail and watch the lake. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice as well. Would 100% stay here again.

The condo was wonderful. We loved the size of the slip and that it was close to the condo. Everything was as stated in the description and clean. Mark was great about answering my questions and always got right back to me. Would definitely stay here again.
