About this property

Come enjoy your private paradise in the heart of the Space Coast. Completely private and nestled in native vegetation with private beach access a short walk away. Action packed Cocoa Beach is a short bike ride away. This is the perfect house for a quiet weekend or a long retreat. Your pet friendly house has a huge fenced backyard, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a full kitchen and dining area and a large bathroom. The garage is a game room with a pool/ping pong table for family fun!

Snug Harbor Cocoa Beach is a quiet neighborhood with mature vegetation that is close to everything! It's perfect for quiet walks with peek-a-boo views of the harbor. The private beach access is just a 4 minute walk down 14th Street. Our neighbors are wonderful, and most are full time residents with great knowledge of the area. Quiet hour ordinance is 11pm-7am and no large parties are allowed of respect for the neighbors.

We are family owned with only one property, so our only priority is making your stay comfortable and memorable. We both grew up in the area and live 30 minutes south on the beach and are available to answer questions to help maximize your enjoyment of our corner of paradise. The property is set up with keyless and contactless check in, but we are more than happy to assist in person. Beach cruiser bikes, stand up paddleboards, kayaks and boogie boards are available for an additional rental fee (Contact us).

Wonderful stay

This is the perfect rental! We stayed for 7 weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is great and the yard is beautiful! Our hosts were fantastic. Rent this cute and easy home. You won’t be sorry!

Perfect oasis getaway

This house was so cute and spacious. We loved the fenced in back yard for our fur babies and it was just walking distance from the beach. Renting the bikes was so fun and easy. The backyard was perfect to unwind and relax. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome home in a great location

This home was perfect! It was super cute and super clean. The fenced backyard was a huge hit for our fur babies, plus the dog beach was within walking distance. We will definitely be staying there in the future. The host were by far the absolute best!
