The Space:
One private downstairs bedroom with a double bed, and 2 extra-large master suites upstairs each with its own bathroom. One upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, the other has one queen bed (all with ultra-comfort mattresses). The living room has a comfortable full-size pull-out bed.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need if you choose to cook a family dinner! The dining area has a large table that seats 8 easily. There is also a cozy breakfast nook that seats 2 off of the kitchen. Skip the clean-up if that’s not your thing & choose from the variety of restaurants within walking distance of the house!
The living room offers a wifi connected smart TV, and several board games. There are beach toys, boogie boards, and beach towels available for ocean fun.
A full-size front-loading washer and dryer, and lots of extra towels are conveniently located upstairs laundry area.
There is an extra large hammock, to chill in or nap, in the private backyard or you can enjoy the quiet back patio under a vine-covered pergola. Enjoy the ocean breeze coming through the windows or hang out and take a peek at the ocean from the upstairs balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the convenience of this property, the public access beach is just steps away and it’s within a 4-block radius of several bars, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and dessert spots, art studios, massage and spa locations, yoga studios, and more. Being centrally located you're never too far away from everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Located off of A1A just south of the heart of Cocoa Beach and the pier. A local favorite restaurant and bar, Squid Lips, is just 2 minutes away! Bringing the kids? Head over to Kennedy Space Center to have an out of this galaxy experience! Disney World and Universal Studios are only 60 minutes away.

In the midst of COVID-19, we are aware of many changes of routines as well as local regulations. We are taking even further precautions than usual in ensuring this home is thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized.
