Full Description:
This beautiful vacation paradise is well equipped with everything you should need for a great stay. Smart TVs (Roku TVs) in all rooms allow you to bring your favorite shows with you from your own streaming service! All kitchen appliances (except for a dishwasher) as well as a washer & dryer are provided. A comfy pull out sofa sits in the living room giving you extra space to spread out. Don't forget your own private game room! And of course Wifi is provided for your stay. Tastefully decorated to ease you into the vacation mood! Equipped with a full functional security system for your safety and peace of mind!

Guests will be able to cross the street and use resort amenities, including additional fire pits, outdoor tables and seating, Grills/BBQs, hammocks and more! Beach access is just through the resort. Just follow the signs from your backyard along the path to the resort!

We also provide a few beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and more! The equipment shed is located at the resort (Please note, these items are shared between other guests - please return items to the shed when finished so other guests may use them. Contact the office at the resort with any questions).


Walk the beautifully decorated grounds of the resort or visit one of the many local attractions! Such as: Cocoa Beach Pier, the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Village or simply relax and unwind at Coconuts on the Beach!

**Please Note**
Beach access is through the resort. About a minute walk from the home. Follow the signs from the backyard along the path to the resort. You will pass by our other guesthouse!

PET FRIENDLY - Pets must be approved and a $50 Pet Fee (per pet, plus tax) required after booking. Pets must be picked up after! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the resort.

The Beach is PET FRIENDLY! Time restrictions apply - all information is provided in your digital guide as well as online from the City of Cocoa Beach.

A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

Cleaning Services available during your stay - inquire for more detail!

A Charcoal BBQ is provided. Guests are expected to clean and empty the ash from the grill before departing from the property.

Our 2nd guesthouse is connected via the backyard which includes the walkway/path to the beach.

We had to make several trips to Publix for basic kitchen item such as a working lighter, can opener (the one in the house was broken), no baking trays. When I go on vacation, I don’t want to bring my whole kitchen as well. I understand not being fully stocked with every single kitchen item, but basic kitchen items should be included. The photos online were not accurate. The house looked dated. The main bathroom looked like the towel holder was ripped off the wall. It is not advertised that the house is literally on a high traffic road. I was anxious the whole weekend with three dogs and a mobile toddler. The backyard fence had a a gap in the bottom that a baby or dog could get through.The host was very pleasant. I loved the walkway to the beach and the small resort. This was our favorite part of the home. The backyard was nice and big. This home has a TON of potential. It just needs a lot of work.

Different then we thought. No code to get in the home.

This was a older home on a Main Street remodeled. It’s part of a hippie “resort” two streets away. You had to walk through two backyards and cross a busy street to get to the beach and the resort. It had a neat vibe but you definitely can not see the beach from the house and it’s not ocean front. There is a row of houses behind this home , you have to walk through the two different backyards then cross another busy street to get to the resort . You then walk through the apartments complex to get to the beach. Just different then what the description says. The management was sweet but only reached out with the information I needed to check in once we arrived the day of our stay. This made things difficult because we were flying and driving the whole day so no service for hours at times . I was unable to get a few of the calls and text but responded as soon as we landed ect. but didn’t hear back from her until 7 am the following day. She had left the office early that day which was our check in day she later explained and didn’t check her email once she left or voicemail. Once we got to the destination called her several times emailed and text because she never gave us the code to get in once we arrived. Needless to say we were locked out and no answer from her. We had our family and no place to stay yet had been charged for our vacation home. We didn’t hear from her until 7:00 am the following morning. She had sent a email that came in blank with no information on it that she said had the code and all I needed. I let her know I had emailed her back at 2:45 pm and let her know the email She had sent me was blank! She responded sometimes that happened’s if your checking your email with an IPhone. That was all she said. We have not revived a call back from the company or a refund for that day. I asked her to speak to her manager but haven’t heard back.

We truly regret this experience fell short of expectations as well as some information that was missing/incorrect. Our goal is to ensure each and every guest has a phenomenal stay in each of our properties! However, we happy to report we have corrected these issues and provide more information before and during your stay! Detailed information is provided in your welcome email as well as in a digital guide that is available for everyone in the group via a smart phone or laptop/desktop. Welcome emails can be provided ahead of your travels - just let us know if you'll need to receive this earlier than 24-hours! There is also a manager at the resort as well as after-hours support for emergencies! Access to the beach is provided along a marked path beside our sister home and through the Resort seen in the photos.
