Minimum booking nights can be flexible at this quaint house in the heart of citrus county, 5 minutes to Crystal River and the Gulf coastal waters. Boating, fishing or dining on the water. Centrally located to Crystal River, Homosassa river and Rainbow River, bike trails and golf courses!! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom can hold up to 4 people. Close to Inverness, 8 miles to Crystal River, 12 miles from Dunnellon; Home of the Rainbow Springs and Juliet Falls golf course, 4 miles from the Withlacoochee bike trail head. Good local eats, restaurants, within walking distance! We do allow dogs and cats with a pet fee. (when your adding how many people it should ask you if you have a pet, if you do not add a pet, the fee will not generate, therefore I can add it before booking).

Good location, quiet neighborhood

Had a great time in the area. House was within walking distance to restaurants. Local grocery within a 5 minute drive. Cottage was clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

We stayed here from Feb 1 to March 1 while we visited Crystal River.

This is a nice vintage home in a quiet neighborhood. It was our base for activities in the area.. We brought a small fishing boat and fished Crystal River. We had a nice time and enjoyed the weather. The enclosed back yard was a nice benefit even though we had no pets.

Filthy and Disgusting

Upon the first day after I unpacked I noticed the throw rug in the Lu Jung room covered in dog hair. I bought a lent roller and rolled it over the couch and was covered in dog hair as well. I brought this to the owners attention and after a week sent so fine out to clean. Once the air freshener wore off it smelled like wet dog. All the kitchen utensils and pots and pans looked they came from a thrift store. The back room is cluttered with thrift store stuff. I did not stay the length of my reservation and the owner refused a refund even after from day one they Keene of the dog hair. I have pics I wish I could post in here to discourage future tenants

This guest was in the house two days before he complained about the rug, we responded immediately and guest didn't want the house cleaned until the following Thursday . The "BACK ROOM" A laundry/utility room, items ( air fryer, popcorn air popper, waffle iron, for the guest's to use and shelving area for cleaning supplies. This guest knew this is a pet friendly house. The picture he sent of the lint roller (available on request) had approximately 5 hairs on it. He told us his company paid for the stay and he attempted to unjustly complain so as to receive a cash refund into his own pocket. The house was clean when he arrived this house did not smell badly and does not smell bad, The house did not smell what so ever. We knew he only wanted a check when he began complaining the gate latch was too high and asked for a check. We will always respond immediately to any questions or concern. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our Vrbo. ~Owner~

Needed location near VA Clinic and central to local areas to look for home to purchase.

The back yard being fenced was really important for my dogs experience. Dennis is a great communicator. Had most kitchen tools and laundry was really helpful.

We really enjoy the fenced in backyard as much as our dog does. Nice area. Everything you need plus washer and dryer.
