Minimum booking nights can be flexible at this quaint house in the heart of citrus county, 5 minutes to Crystal River and the Gulf coastal waters. Boating, fishing or dining on the water. Centrally located to Crystal River, Homosassa river and Rainbow River, bike trails and golf courses!! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom can hold up to 4 people. Close to Inverness, 8 miles to Crystal River, 12 miles from Dunnellon; Home of the Rainbow Springs and Juliet Falls golf course, 4 miles from the Withlacoochee bike trail head. Good local eats, restaurants, within walking distance! We do allow dogs and cats with a pet fee. (when your adding how many people it should ask you if you have a pet, if you do not add a pet, the fee will not generate, therefore I can add it before booking).

Even thought it may not be trash day, when you do leave, please put all trash by road, thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No open flames or candles.
No pet under a year old and pets must be spayed/neutered.
Please do not let your dog/dogs on the couch or any furniture, there is a green blanket in laundry room if they will not listen please put that down .
