Great house, great location, great ownership

The only thing this house was missing was a pizza cutter. Seriously, this house has everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay. We were more than pleased with the cleanliness of the house and everything it had to offer during our stay. The house has an abundance of extra towels, sheets, blankets, dishes, silver ware, cooking utensils, cleaning products, laundry supplies, and the list just goes on. The location of this property was also perfect for a short golf cart ride into town to get groceries, enjoy the live music, go out to eat; and an even shorter golf cart ride down the street to play Pickleball, golf, tennis, or whatever floats your boat at the neighboring recreation centers. We loved our stay at this property, and having a responsive and thoughtful owner that would answer our calls or texts if anything came up is why this property is our new favorite location to vacation!

I have taken great care to make my house comfortable for your stay in The Villages. New luxury vinyl floors throughout. Well equipped kitchen with everything you may need, linens, and towels. 3 TV's with Hulu and Netflix subscriptions and Cable TV stations, Internet. Comfortable screened lanai with new furniture. Golf cart to ride all over The Villages for shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. 8 golf courses within 15 minute cart ride. Large yard with wall for privacy. Study with printer, desk and queen sofa bed. 2 pools within 3 blocks including family pool and recreation center with billiards, shuffle board, pickleball, and corn hole. Over 3,000 clubs so plenty to do.
