Details are in the Agreement sent after booking. FABULOUS VIEW OF LAKE, Nice private back yard, enclosed CYV with great view and plenty of room for entertaining. This is a beautiful three bedroom two bath courtyard that is pet friendly. Has large flat screen in Living and flat screen in master. King in master with large walk in closet. Furnished kitchen with everything you can think of. Very comfortable seating in the living and dining area. Dining for 6 on the screened lanai large outdoor patio area with plenty of room for sitting out and enjoying your coffee or drinks in the evening.
Queen in guest room, pull out in 3rd bedroom with office/desk for your laptop. Close to Walmart, Publix, rec centers pools and golf. Great location. Get to Brownwood or Lake Sumter Landing in about 15 minutes.
Walmart Market is just around the corner. Closest Driving Range is Sarasota just a short golf cart ride. Moyer Loop Recreation Center and Golf Course even closer. Colony Plaza with a ton of shopping dining etc. 5 minutes away. Neighborhood pool you can walk to!

Great Property.

Beautiful property, lovely home. Great golf cart. The area is close to shops, pools etc.Nice,y furnished, comfy bed and responsive service. Had to purchase an electric kettle, toaster, tea towels, cloths and pool towels. Towels could be replaced. Had one incident when our small dog squeezed through the railings in the back yard and ran out onto the highway, very scary, someone caught her, so not recommended to let a small dog out into the yard. We had a wonderful time and very happy to return next year.

1st Time Visit

Enjoyed our 1st time to the Villages, we will be back. Did not care for the check in policy via ReMax, getting the code to get in the house is great, but did not like that we would get the code at 3pm, the exact time they close for the day. It worked out, but felt uneasy all day utill 3pm.

Nice but far too expensive for the location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. However, the photos don't show that you are very close to 466A, so there is constant traffic noise. The living room rug is very worn and should be replaced. The microwave worked sporadically. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The washer and dryer were great! The outside space needs lounge chairs ... nothing to really enjoy the patio area. The golf cart was great!

Excellent Location!!

We very much enjoyed this home! I cannot say enough about the convenience of the location. It is literally 3 minutes by golf cart to the Market-Walmart, and 5 minutes to The Colony. The clubhouse is even closer. The golf cart is literally the best one we've ever had at a rental home, and we have rented extensively! We would definitely choose this location again!
