Viking Lodge 103 by AvantStay | Stunning Condo, Near Ski Lift
This one-bedroom condo at the Viking Lodge is light and airy with a prime location in downtown Telluride.
Bedding: King bed and queen sleeper sofa
Guests enter this condo on the ground level (no stairs to enter) of the Viking Lodge. The entrance to this home is adjacent to the river trail and has an outdoor covered seating area.
Upon entering this condo, guests are welcomed into an open living space, complete with a living room, small dining area and galley kitchen. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance. This room also has a small dining table with seating for four. The adjacent kitchen has upgraded granite countertops and all of the utensils needed to cook a complete meal.
The bathroom is also located off of this area. It has a step-in steam shower with a glass surround and a single vanity.
The bedroom has a king bed, large closet, and a door that has access to the Northwest side of the building.
A stacked private washer and dryer are located in the hall closet.
The Viking Lodge is just 200 yards from Lift #7 and the free in-town shuttle stops outside of the complex. Town Park, historic downtown Telluride and the grocery store are just a short walk away.

- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note, this home has no in-unit washer and dryer. Guests will have access to coin-operated laundry facilities located in the complex at the end of the parking lot. Available daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. A limited supply of detergent is provided for your stay.
- The pool and spa area will be under construction through fall 2025. This work may be noisy and could also impact parking availability.
Parking Details:
One vehicle is allowed onsite.
A parking pass must be visible at all times.
If the lot becomes full, the local team will assist you with street parking options for one vehicle.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
