Plumber charges $200 to unclog toilet and sink drains. Please no excessive tissue or feminine products down the toilet or too much food down the sink.

$20/hr for early check-in and $80/hour for late check-out. Pets Allowed with PRIOR approval. You have agreed to these additional rules.
