Welcome to one of the most unique vacation rentals available in California! The beach is your backyard with the PRIVATE beach sand INCHES away from you. This house sits in a safe, gated community with 24/7 security

18 ft wide patio doors open to give you the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. BBQ, Hot tub, and a Fire Pit provide perfect entertainment for adults while your kids build sand castles on the beach!

There are 5 bedrooms in the house with certified Non-Toxic mattresses The bunk bed room is a kid's dream with double bunk beds with slides, a mini tent play area, and Nugget fort furniture. Three bedrooms are located upstairs (King, King, Bunk beds) and they are accessible via stairs or elevator. Two bedrooms are located downstairs (Queen, Queen).

The dining room has a new gorgeous Restoration Hardware table that seats 12. The living area has a super comfortable sectional and two rocking chairs. Boards games are available for endless family fun!

The Kitchen offers a Subzero fridge, Subzero freezer, and Subzero wine fridge. You also have a double dishwasher that you can run separately, and a gas burning stovetop. Coffee lovers will enjoy our Nespresso machine. Pots, pans, plates, cups, microwave, utensils are all there for you to enjoy!

The patio has four lounge chairs, two rocking egg chairs, two large umbrellas, a hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. From the patio, you are steps away from the sand! We have a lot of beach toys and boogie boards waiting for you!

The entire house is yours. There will be no other guests sharing space with you.

Wonderful house and location

This is a wonderul property. The location could not be better. The only complaint would be the waves were so load. I jest because that was what made this property magical. The fact that the entire ocean-facing wall is made of regractable doors allows from complete inside-outside living. The house was fully stocked with toys, kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies. Alex, the property manager, was super communicative and always avaialable. We will definately be back.

Beautiful Area

Love the sound of the waves at night. Kids loved the playroom. Plenty of room, just needs more T.V’s only one in living room. Loved the sub zero fridge, and wine fridge. Thanks Alex

Outstanding!!!!

The property is truly amazing. We went to bed each night (in the most comfortable mattresses!) listening to the sounds of the ocean, and enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the waves come in. If you want to leave, you can walk to the trolley and explore Dana Point or San Clemente. Otherwise, no need to leave. You have your own private beach and a perfectly stocked home. Bonus, Alex is a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive, kind, and easy to work with. Book today! I suspect it will soon be a property you have to book way in advance.

On the Sand.....INCREDIBLE!!!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one is by far the most amazing. The description didn't even convey how truly spectacular this home it. On Beach Road in Capo Beach is the prime spot and this home was impeccable. CLEAN and fresh and very well maintained. All the amenities anyone could want. Walking straight off the deck to the sand.....HEAVEN!! And, the elevator was an added plus for my 80 year old mother, I didn't even notice that when I booked. Riding our bikes on the flat trail to both San Clemente and Dana Point for breakfasts and shopping was a blast for the teenagers. Being in a private, guard gated community was an added bonus so the property was super safe for our family. We will for sure be back at this incredible home. Thank you Alex......words truly don't describe your home. One must see this to believe it.
